1. How is authenticity ensured?

CHHES provides authenticity guarantee through a 5-step process: Sourcing, Inbound inspection, Third-party authentication, Tamper-evident tag, and After-sales review.

Items sold at our store are sourced primarily from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner physical stores. All items are inspected before shipping.

For jewelry, we focus on inspecting appearance, engraving, hand-polishing marks, materials, and aging; for apparel, we focus on anti-counterfeit labels, serial numbers, embroidered tags, and craftsmanship details.

Counter receipt scans or copies may be provided depending on the item; original receipts are retained by the buyer.

Items include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Inspection is supported after delivery while tags remain intact, and third-party authentication platforms may be used.

2. Why doesn't clothing come with DOG TG?

When purchasing Chrome Hearts apparel at a boutique, all US boutiques will take back the DOG TG. Asian boutiques will generally take them back as well, except in mainland China.

3. About packaging

Chrome Hearts apparel is packaged in transparent plastic bags with no design.

Chrome Hearts jewelry comes packaged in black boutique suede bags; there is no boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags come packaged in boutique silk bags.

Chrome Hearts shopping bags: when buyers purchase at the boutique, they can only receive one shopping bag per visit, not one for each item purchased.

If packaging is needed, it can be purchased from the accessories category or on the order submission page.

4. About boutique receipts

The boutique does not support issuing a separate receipt for each item; contact us if you need a receipt.

Because buyers must retain original receipts, only scans or copies can be provided.

5. About product craftsmanship

Chrome Hearts accessories are handcrafted products. Blurry engravings, scratches, dark spots, and small indentations are normal characteristics of the brand and not quality defects.

Chrome Hearts apparel may have fabric variations, loose threads inside, unclear prints, uneven stitching, cracking prints, or fading from washing—these are all normal for the brand and not product quality issues.

6. What is a buyer store?

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and physical partner stores.

Our professional buyers are located all over the world, mostly in the United States. They provide us with first-hand merchandise sources, and most have warehouses in mainland China.

To ensure authenticity, all products are sent to our fulfillment point for inspection before packing and shipment.

7. What is the difference between personal shopping and a buyer store?

Personal shopping is usually handled by an individual with limited capacity and availability.

Buyer boutiques are supplied by professional buyer teams and overseas physical stores, with no restrictions on location, personnel, or store quantity, resulting in relatively ample inventory.

8. Why are some items not returnable or exchangeable?

Chrome Hearts boutiques do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold. Therefore, items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Why can silver jewelry turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver jewelry will oxidize and turn black or yellow. Sterling silver reacts with sulfur (S) or sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in the air, creating gray-black silver sulfide (Ag₂S) powder that is insoluble in water.
