CHHES welcomes buyers, supply chain service providers, and warehousing and logistics partners with legitimate procurement capabilities, reliable communication skills, and fulfillment capabilities to reach out to us. Partnership information is available on the CHHES website, i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and various mobile manufacturer channels.
1. Scope of Cooperation
- Overseas and domestic store procurement assistance, spot inventory updates, price and inventory coordination.
- Product photography, basic inspection, packaging verification, procurement documentation organization, and shipping assistance.
- Compliant supply chain, warehousing, shipping, quality inspection, or after-sales collaboration.
The scope of cooperation shall be governed by agreements signed by both parties, order confirmations, or platform rules. This page does not constitute a recruitment commitment, procurement commitment, or exclusive cooperation commitment.
2. Cooperation Entry Requirements
- Have full civil capacity and be able to provide real identity, contact information, location, payment collection account, and necessary qualification certificates in accordance with the law.
- Able to provide legal, clear, and traceable product sourcing and procurement documentation, including but not limited to order records, receipts, store invoices, logistics documents, or other verifiable materials.
- Understand and comply with relevant rules regarding intellectual property, consumer rights protection, e-commerce, personal data protection, import/export, taxes and fees, advertising, and platform governance.
- Willing to cooperate with CHHES on product verification, after-sales investigations, abnormal order handling, risk control audits, and necessary compliance record-keeping.
III. Prohibited Acts
- Providing counterfeit, defective, items of unknown origin, infringing, stolen, smuggled, prohibited or restricted-from-sale, or non-legally-circulable goods.
- Impersonating brand officials, authorized agents, boutique staff, or platform staff for promotion or transactions.
- Falsifying, altering, or concealing procurement documents, logistics documents, product condition, defects, prices, inventory, or after-sales information.
- Inducing users to conduct off-platform private transactions, requesting verification codes or payment passwords, or collecting users' personal information unrelated to the collaboration.
- Disclosing user order information, shipping information, chat logs, business cooperation information, or other confidential information.
4. Online Application Portal
Eligible buyers or supply chain partners may log in to their CHHES account and submit a partnership purchasing application through the following portal:

This portal is the partnership application form for the CHHES website. If you are not logged in, the system will first redirect you to the login page. After logging in, you may proceed to submit your application. The form may ask you to provide sourcing channels, country/city of residence, contact details, payment information, after-sales address, application remarks, and upload necessary qualification documents. Please ensure all submitted information is truthful, lawful, and accurate. You may add a watermark such as "For buyer partnership qualification review only" on your images.

Please briefly describe your country or city, purchasable categories, past experience, types of credentials you can provide, shipping methods, and preferred communication times. 6. Personal Information and Data Usage
Identity, contact information, location, performance capability, payment details, procurement documentation, and communication records submitted during the cooperation application process are used solely for cooperation evaluation, contract performance, settlement, risk control, after-sales service, and compliance archiving. We will implement protective measures in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations, and will not request sensitive information unrelated to the cooperation purpose.
