CHHES welcomes media outlets, content organizations, creators, industry research institutions, and platforms to engage in compliant communications regarding trend/pop culture consumption, buyer services, luxury e-commerce, user services, AI features, and mobile experience. This statement applies to the CHHES website, i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and various mobile manufacturer channel versions.

1. Scope of Cooperation

  • Interviews and Reports: Conducting interviews or coverage on topics such as CHHES platform services, user experience, buyer services, after-sales support, app features, and AI-assisted services.
  • Content Reproduction and Citation: Reproducing or citing public information from CHHES public pages, announcements, Help Center, product descriptions, or service rules.
  • Activities & Features: Conducting feature collaborations on topics including platform services, trend consumption, shopping experience, user rights protection, privacy and security.
  • Material and Information Verification: Verify platform names, logos, screenshots, customer service contact details, service descriptions, filing information, or public materials.

II. Brand and Material Boundaries

CHHES is not the official website of Chrome Hearts or any related brand, nor is it a brand rights holder or authorized sales channel. When third-party brand names, trademarks, images, styles, or series information appear in media reports, content collaborations, or materials used, they should be used solely for objective description and not mislead the public into believing that CHHES has any authorization, agency, sponsorship, endorsement, or other cooperative relationship with the related brands, unless such information has been explicitly confirmed in writing by the rights holder or CHHES.
