Push Notification Instructions

Scope of Application: This document applies to CHHES i OS App, Android App, and all CHHES versions listed on app stores or mobile manufacturer channels including Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and App Bao. In-app messaging rules for the website, We Chat Mini Program, or other platforms may follow this document.
1. Message Push Service
To provide you with message push services such as order reminders, logistics notifications, system notifications, activity notifications, and customer service messages, this app integrates DCloud uni Push push services and may call the corresponding manufacturer's offline push SDK based on the brand of device you use. System notifications on i OS may also be delivered through system channels such as Apple Push Notification service (APNs), subject to i OS system authorization and display.
Push notifications are not a prerequisite for using the CHHES App. After disabling notification permissions, you can still use all main features such as browsing, ordering, payment, after-sales, and customer service, but you may not receive order updates, shipping information, promotions, system notifications, or customer service messages in a timely manner.

3. Information Use and Restrictions
The above information is used solely for push notifications, offline notifications, notification delivery, message analytics, and service optimization, and will not be used for any purpose unrelated to push notifications. We will not send sensitive personal information such as payment passwords, complete ID numbers, or complete bank card numbers via push notifications. Activity, promotional, or marketing notifications will be sent in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules. You can disable or adjust these notifications through your system settings or within the app.
4. How to Disable Push Notifications
You can disable notification permissions through your device's system settings. After disabling, you can still use other App features normally, but you may not receive order, shipping, event, system, or other notifications in a timely manner. The steps may vary by device, but the typical path is: System Settings > Notifications > CHHES > Allow Notifications. On some Android devices, you can also adjust this in App Management, Permission Management, Notification Management, or the security center of your device manufacturer.
5. Relationship with Privacy Policy
For personal information processing rules, third-party SDK sharing, user rights, and contact information related to push notifications, please also refer to the Privacy Policy, Permission Request Description, and Login & Account Security Description. If this description conflicts with specific activity rules or system authorization pop-ups, the description that better protects user rights and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules shall prevail.
