Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.
This policy applies to data processing within CHHES AI customer service, AI search, AI translation, AI image recognition, OCR, and related intelligent assistance features.
Possibly Processed Data
- Text you actively input, search terms, customer service inquiries, translation texts, uploaded images, OCR results, and feedback content.
- Device, network, time, feature usage, exception, and risk control logs generated to ensure safety and service quality.
- Necessary context related to orders or after-sales, such as order numbers, product names, and after-sales types, used only when handling the corresponding issues.
Intended Use
- Generate customer service replies, search results, translation results, image recognition results, OCR text, or similar product assistance results.
- Detect illegal and inappropriate content, fraud risks, abuse behaviors, model errors, and service anomalies.
- To optimize feature experience, measure service quality, handle complaints and reports, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Sharing and Delegated Processing
- AI functions may invoke the platform's own systems, cloud services, model services, or third-party technical services. We only provide information necessary for implementing the functions, and require the entrusted parties to process and protect data according to agreed terms.
- We will never request your payment password, bank card password, SMS verification code, or similar information as AI input, nor will we sell your AI conversation data.
- If safety assessments, filings, content labeling, log retention, or regulatory cooperation are required by applicable laws, we will comply accordingly.
Save and Delete
- AI conversations and logs are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill service, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements, and are deleted or anonymized after the retention period expires.
- You may contact us to access, correct, or delete your legally deletable AI-related personal information, or to withdraw authorization for non-essential functions.
User Notice
- Please cover any irrelevant personal information, others' privacy, and sensitive credentials before uploading images or entering text.
- Please do not use AI features to generate or disseminate content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, violent, harmful to minors, or disrupts social order.
