Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.
Sensitive personal information, once leaked or illegally used, may cause harm to personal dignity or threaten personal and property safety. CHHES processes sensitive personal information only when there is a specific purpose and sufficient necessity, and takes stricter protective measures.
Sensitive Personal Information
- Account & Contact: phone number, verification code validation result, delivery contact phone number.
- Transactions and Payments: orders, payment time, payment amount, payment channel, refunds, invoices, and after-sales records.
- Address and Logistics: recipient name, detailed address, tracking number, and delivery confirmation information.
- Images and Recognition: Product images, after-sales images, OCR text, and screenshots or vouchers that may contain personal information, which you actively upload.
- Children's Information: Personal information of minors under the age of 14 is legally classified as sensitive personal information.
Handling Scenarios and Necessity
- Complete the purchase of goods, payment settlement, delivery and receipt, invoice issuance, returns and exchanges, authentication assistance, customer service communication, and dispute resolution.
- Safeguarding account, transaction, payment, and system security, detecting risks including account theft, fraud, abnormal orders, malicious returns, and fake orders/reviews.
- When you proactively use AI image recognition, OCR, AI customer service, or translation features, we process the necessary content you submit to return results.
Consent, Rejection, and Withdrawal
- When processing sensitive personal information, we will explain the processing purpose, methods, scope, necessity, and impact through our privacy policy, permission prompts, order pages, feature links, or customer service notices.
- You may decline to provide non-essential sensitive personal information. If declined, general browsing typically remains unaffected, but you may be unable to complete orders, deliveries, refunds, invoices, after-sales services, or corresponding AI features.
- You may contact us to withdraw consent, delete, or correct your sensitive personal information. Information such as transactions, taxes, risk control, and dispute evidence that is required by law to be retained will be stored and securely protected only for the legally mandated period.
Protection Measures
- We implement minimum authorization, access approval, encrypted transmission, log auditing, permission isolation, and retention for necessary periods for sensitive personal information.
- Please do not submit ID documents, bank cards, payment passwords, verification codes, others' private information, or minors' information unrelated to this service in customer support, reviews, AI input, or image uploads.
- If it is indeed necessary to submit proof, it is recommended that you first redact any information unrelated to the processing purpose.
