1. How to ensure authenticity?

CHHES guarantees authenticity through a 5-step process: sourcing verification, warehouse inspection, third-party appraisal, tamper-proof labels, and post-service re-inspection.

All items are sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every piece is inspected before shipment.

Accessories undergo strict inspection for appearance, engravings, hand-polishing marks, materials, and distressing; apparel undergoes strict inspection for anti-counterfeit tags, serial numbers, embroidered labels, and craftsmanship details.

Store receipts (scanned or photocopied) can be provided per item. Originals must be retained by the buyer.

All items are fitted with security tags or anti-tamper stickers. Inspections upon delivery are supported provided tags remain intact. Authentication is available through platforms such as JDJ8, Young, GET, Lijing, and CCIC.

If you have any authenticity concerns after delivery, please keep the complete product, tags, packaging, and authentication documents, and contact your dedicated customer service for review. CHHES guarantees authenticity with a 10x refund for counterfeits as promised.

2. Why doesn't the clothing have a hang tag?

At checkout, all US Chrome Hearts stores will collect the DOG TG. Asian stores will also collect them, except in China.

3. About Packaging?

Chrome Hearts clothing is packaged in a plain transparent plastic bag with no design.

Chrome Hearts accessories are packaged in black suede pouches, not in display boxes.

Chrome Hearts bags come with silk dust bags from the counter.

Chrome Hearts shopping bags: buyers can only get one bag per visit to the boutique—the store does not provide a bag for each item purchased.

4. About store receipts?

The boutique does not support issuing a separate receipt for each item. If you need a receipt, please contact us.

Since the original receipt must be retained by the sourcing buyer, only a scanned or photocopied copy will be provided.

5. About Product Craftsmanship?

Chrome Hearts accessories are handcrafted items. Blurry engravings, scratches, black spots, and small indentations are normal characteristics of the brand and not considered product defects.

Chrome Hearts clothing may exhibit variations in fabric texture, loose threads inside, unclear prints or patterns, uneven stitching, cracked prints, or fading after washing. These are normal characteristics of the brand and are not considered product defects.

What is a select shop?

We collaborate with overseas professional buyers and physical stores.

Our professional buyers are stationed worldwide, with most based in the United States. They source directly from suppliers, and most have warehouses in China.

To ensure authenticity, all items are shipped to our distribution center for inspection before being carefully packaged and shipped out.

7. What's the difference between a purchasing agent and a boutique?

Personal shopping is carried out by individuals with limited capacity and energy, confined to a single person.

Reseller shops source their products from professional buying teams and overseas brick-and-mortar stores, with no limitations on location, personnel, or store count, ensuring a relatively ample supply.

8. Why are some items not eligible for returns or exchanges?

All products sold at Chrome Hearts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Items noted as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Why do accessories tarnish and turn yellow?

All sterling silver will oxidize and darken. When exposed to sulfur (S) or sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in the air, the silver undergoes a chemical reaction that produces grayish-black, water-insoluble silver sulfide (Ag₂S).

Pure silver jewelry may change over time due to individual body chemistry and surrounding environment, and the oxidation speed of silver jewelry varies. Avoid contact with liquids during daily wear and keep dry.

Silver's chemical properties are less stable than those of platinum and gold. It often oxidizes and turns black or yellow due to water or other chemicals in the air, losing its luster. If it oxidizes and turns black or yellow, simply use a POLISHING cloth or POLISHING stick to restore its original shine. Do not use silver cleaning solutions or similar products.

Some customers notice black residue when they first start wearing a ring. This is excess silver residue from new rings and will fade with wear.

10. Why do the designs differ for the same ring style?

11. Why is the antiquing on the silver pieces not as dark?

Because Chrome Hearts' unique distressing cannot be replicated by other distressing techniques, the finish is not particularly black—it tends toward a grayish-brown hue.
