Login and Account Security Instructions

Scope: These terms apply to the CHHES website, i OS app, Android app, We Chat Mini Program, and channel versions for various mobile manufacturers. Login methods available on different platforms may vary depending on the operating system, region, version, or app store review requirements.
1. Supported Login Methods
- Login with phone number or account password: You can log in using your registered phone number, username, email address, or password. Passwords are stored encrypted, and we do not save your login password in plain text.
- SMS Verification Code Login or Verification: We may send you SMS verification codes in scenarios such as registration, login, password recovery, or account security verification. Please do not share the verification code with anyone.
- One-tap phone login: In the app, you can choose to complete mobile number authorized login via DCloud uni one-tap login, Getui, and carrier gateway authentication. This method typically requires your active confirmation on the authorization page before triggering.
- Apple Sign-In: In i OS apps, you can choose to sign in or sign up with your Apple ID. You can follow Apple's system rules to share your real email address or use the Hide My Email relay provided by Apple.
Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or necessary for account security, you may decline to use a particular login method and choose another available method provided by the platform.
2. Data Processing for One-Tap Phone Login
To enable one-click phone number login, we may process your phone number, country or region code, carrier gateway authentication result, login authorization credential, timestamp, random number, signature verification result, device information, network information, SIM card identification details, and necessary security logs. These capabilities may be jointly provided by DCloud uni Login, Ge Tui (Ge Tui Inc.) and basic telecom operators, used to confirm your mobile number, complete registration or login, reduce the risk of SMS verification code leakage, and protect your account security.
One-tap login with phone number does not access your text messages, contacts, or call logs. If you prefer not to use this method, you can choose password, SMS verification code, Apple Sign-In, or other login methods provided by the platform.
3. Apple Sign-In Information Processing
When you choose to sign in with Apple, we may receive and process the user unique identifier, authorization credentials, login status, nickname or name (if you authorize us to provide it), email address or Apple private email relay, device and security logs, and other information provided by Apple, for the purposes of registering or logging into your account, account binding, identity verification, risk control verification, customer service, and order fulfillment services.
You can manage apps signed in with Apple, Hide My Email forwarding, and authorization status in your Apple ID or i OS settings. If you wish to unlink Apple Sign-In from your CHHES account, you can do so via in-app account settings or contact us for assistance. Before unlinking, please ensure your account has another available login method to avoid losing access to your orders and after-sales records.
4. Account Security Measures
- Please securely keep your account, password, SMS verification code, payment password, and device unlock information. Do not lend, rent, or sell your account, or let others handle sensitive transactions on your behalf.
- When the system detects abnormal login, frequent requests, abnormal device or network environment, payment risk, abnormal refund activity, or suspected infringement or violations, we may perform necessary verification, restriction, account freezing, manual review, or notification.
- If you change your phone number, lose your device, notice unusual orders, or suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible via online customer service, We Chat customer service at chhes 2, phone 010-56033331, or email admin@chhes.com.
- When it involves account recovery, binding changes, account cancellation, refunds, or personal information rights requests, we may need to verify your account, order, contact information, or necessary supporting materials.
5. Account Cancellation and Unbinding
You may apply to close your account according to the Account Closure Policy. Before closing, please ensure all orders, after-sales requests, refunds, balance, points, invoices, disputes, and any items required by laws and regulations to be retained have been completed. Upon closure, your account information will be deleted or anonymized as required by law, except for transactions, tax records, dispute records, and security logs that must be retained under applicable laws and regulations.
