Personal Information Protection Rules for Children

Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.

These terms apply to the handling of personal information of children under fourteen years of age on the CHHES platform. Before a child uses the CHHES platform, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these terms.

Basic Principles

  • We follow the principles of legitimacy and necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security assurance, and lawful utilization when handling children's personal information.
  • We do not proactively provide children with products, content, AI responses, or recommendations that could be addictive, encourage excessive spending, or are unsuitable for minors.
  • If you are a guardian of a child, please guide the child not to submit personal information unrelated to shopping, customer service, or after-sales.

Scope of Collection and Use

  • If a child genuinely needs to register, make inquiries, or place orders, we may process their phone number, shipping information, order information, customer service records, and necessary device security logs after obtaining guardian consent.
  • We do not collect children's personal information unrelated to the service, and will not enable by default any permissions unrelated to children's services.
  • For images, audio, OCR, or AI input content involving children, please have a guardian first verify that no irrelevant private information or information about others is included.

Guardian Consent and Rights

  • Before processing children's personal information, we will clearly and prominently inform you of the purpose, method, scope, retention period, security measures, consequences of refusal, and complaint channels, and obtain parental consent as required by law.
  • Guardians may contact us to access, copy, correct, or delete children's personal information, withdraw consent, or deactivate children's related accounts.
  • If we discover that we have processed children's personal information without obtaining parental consent, we will promptly delete it or take necessary protective measures, except as required by applicable laws and regulations to retain it.

Security

  • We implement more stringent least privilege authorization, access control, encrypted transmission, log auditing, and personnel management measures for children's personal information.
  • When engaging third parties to process children's personal information, we require them to process data only within the authorized scope and fulfill security protection obligations.
