CHHES welcomes brand partners, service providers, supply chain partners, content partners, media, corporate clients, technology service providers, and other compliant partners to reach out to us. Partnership offerings apply to the CHHES website, i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all mobile manufacturer channel versions.

1. Collaboration Direction

• Product and Supply Chain Cooperation: Legal sourcing, warehousing and logistics, quality inspection, after-sales service, corporate procurement, or membership service cooperation.
• Content and Marketing Partnerships: brand events, content co-creation, media relations, feature planning, and user engagement activities.
• Technology and Service Cooperation: technical and service capabilities such as payment, logistics, customer service, AI assistance, data security, risk control, push notifications, and account login.
• Channel partnership: app stores, mobile manufacturer channels, offline services, cross-platform traffic guidance, or joint operations.

II. Compliance Requirements

• The Partner shall ensure that its business entity qualifications, authorization documents, product sources, materials, data, technical capabilities, and service content are true, legal, and valid.
• Promotional content shall not include false advertising, absolute or exaggerated language, misleading pricing, unauthorized brand endorsements, infringing materials, or any content that violates advertising, e-commerce, intellectual property, personal information protection, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Cooperation involving user personal information, accounts, payments, logistics, notifications, AI services, or data interfaces shall adhere to the principles of minimum necessity, purpose limitation, informed user consent, security protection, and auditability.
• Without written confirmation, any collaborative communication, meetings, sample shipments, or exchange of materials does not constitute or imply any agency, authorization, partnership, employment, investment, or exclusive business relationship between the parties.

3. Communication Process

1. Contact us via We Chat customer service chhes 2 or customer service email admin@chhes.com, and indicate "Business Cooperation".
2. Provide the name of the cooperating entity, contact person, contact information, cooperation scope, qualifications or authorization details, proposal summary, and publicly available case studies.
3. After initial confirmation of the match, both parties may proceed to further discuss confidentiality, credential review, contract terms, data security, fee settlement, and fulfillment arrangements.
4. Any collaboration involving product launch display, event promotion, technical integration, or user data processing must only proceed upon completion of required approvals, contracts, and compliance reviews.

4. Data Protection

The business proposals, contact information, qualification documents, quotes, sample details, and communication records you submit to us are used solely for partnership evaluation, business communication, contract fulfillment, risk management, and compliance archiving. Please clearly mark any materials containing commercial secrets or personal information before submission; we will also implement necessary protective measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as mutual agreements.
