Return Policy

Returns must comply with the following return policy:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, free of perfume, and must include all original tags. The original brand packaging must be intact without damage.
Returned items must be in good condition and able to be restored to their original saleable state.
Items eligible for 7-day no-reason returns can apply for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges within 7 days are supported, but only for size exchanges of the same item; returns are not accepted.
No returns, no order cancellation, and no reason-free returns or exchanges after fulfillment.
Do not remove original hang tags or labels affixed to packaging or merchandise.
Do not remove the attached security tag. If the security tag has been removed, returns will not be accepted.
Gold jewelry, custom items, items marked on the product page as not eligible for 7-day no-reason returns, and pre-ordered items are not returnable.
For bikinis, swimwear, underwear, T-shirts and other intimate apparel, please try them on over your clothing. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or have stains.
Please wear a plastic bag over your head when trying on hats. We cannot accept returns of hats with hair or dandruff.
Footwear must be returned in its original product packaging and shipping box.
Socks must be returned in original packaging and remain unopened.
Masks must be unopened, unworn, and returned in their original intact packaging.
For items purchased with Cash on Delivery, returns after signature will incur COD service fees and shipping costs charged by the courier, and are subject to other terms of our return policy.
We will not accept returns without prior notice.
No returns, no order cancellation, and no reason-free returns or exchanges after fulfillment.
Care label removal on Japan direct shipments will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.

Return time

Must be completed within 7 days of receipt, based on the delivery confirmation date.

Return Process

For eligible returns, contact our online customer service to process directly.

When returning items, please use the return address, name, and phone number provided by our online customer service.

When returning items, we recommend using our suggested courier or method. We will process the return within 1-3 business days of receiving it.

For returns and refunds, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of our receipt and returned to your original payment platform or bank card using the same method as your purchase.

Return Shipping Fees and Risk

Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Any loss or damage during return shipping is at your own risk.

Return Notice

Please handle items with care during try-on and storage to ensure they remain in the same condition as when received. We recommend returning items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Items that do not meet our return policy cannot be returned.

Return Policy

After receiving your order, please verify the accuracy of size, color, and other product details. Also inspect the packaging and items for any damage, and keep all tags and stickers when signing for delivery.

Exchange Policy

Exchange policy must comply with all terms of the return policy above.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock in the required size or color, we will contact you using your previously provided contact information. You may choose to exchange for a different item or request a refund.

Exchange Process

To return items under our Return Policy, contact our online customer service to process an exchange. The exchanged item will be shipped to your previously provided address within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.

Exchange Shipping Cost and Risk

Exchange shipping costs are split between us and you.

For exchanges beyond the first one on the same order, return shipping will be at your own cost.

If items are lost or damaged during return shipping for exchanges, you will be responsible for them.
