Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.

AI image recognition assists in identifying product types, styles, similar products, text information, or customer service issue clues based on images you actively take or upload.

Usage Scenarios

  • Take a photo or select an image from your album to find similar products, accessories, colors, patterns, materials, or after-sales support clues.
  • Help customer service understand the product or question you are inquiring about.
  • Extract essential features for product recognition, search, translation, or OCR scenarios.

Accuracy limitations

  • Image recognition results may be inaccurate due to clarity, angle, lighting, occlusion, filters, product wear, batch variations, and model limitations.
  • Image recognition is not the same as authenticity verification, price evaluation, quality inspection, or final after-sales judgment.
  • If it involves product authenticity, value, after-sales responsibility, or legal disputes, please submit complete documentation and wait for manual review.

Permissions and Privacy

  • Camera and photo album permissions are only requested when you actively take photos or select images. Declining them does not affect basic browsing or placing orders.
  • Please avoid uploading images containing faces, ID cards, bank cards, addresses, license plates, chat records, information about minors, or others' private information.
  • Uploaded images will be retained for the period necessary to provide identification, customer service, after-sales support, and security audits, and will be deleted or anonymized after the necessary retention period expires.
