Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.

AI translation is provided to help users of different languages understand products, content, customer service, or instructions. The translation is for reference only and does not constitute a formal commitment or legal document.

Scope of Application

  • Product titles, product descriptions, Help Center, customer service communication, search terms, or content summaries may use AI or machine translation.
  • Some brand names, materials, sizes, technical terms, trend terminology, abbreviations, or handcraft process descriptions may not be accurately translated.
  • In case of any inconsistency between the original Chinese text, product pages, order pages, and the translated content, the original Chinese text, order records, and information confirmed by customer service shall prevail.

Data Processing

  • To provide translation services, we may process text, search queries, customer service content, or page content that you actively submit.
  • Do not submit ID cards, bank cards, payment passwords, verification codes, others' privacy, or sensitive information unrelated to translation purposes.
  • When the translation function calls third-party technical services, we will commission processing within the necessary scope and require them to protect data security.

Feedback & Corrections

  • If you discover any translation errors, ambiguities, offensive expressions, or information that may affect your purchase decision, please contact customer service to provide feedback.
  • Regarding orders, after-sales service, returns and exchanges, product authenticity, or legal liability matters, manual verification results shall prevail.
