CHHES Account Deactivation Agreement Terms

Welcome to CHHES services! Before you decide to delete your CHHES website and application (hereinafter referred to as "APP") account, please read carefully and ensure you fully understand the following terms. Once you begin the account deletion process, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement.

1. Cancellation Conditions

Account cancellation is an irreversible process. You confirm that before requesting account cancellation, you fully understand all consequences that will follow, including but not limited to the permanent loss of all data in your account.

2. Data Processing

2.1 After you complete the account cancellation process, we will delete or anonymize all personal information and data associated with your account, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

2.2 Please back up all data and information you wish to retain before deactivating your account. Once your account has been deactivated, you will no longer be able to recover or access any data previously associated with that account.

3. Balance and Refund

3.1 Please ensure that before initiating the account cancellation process, you have verified and settled any balance, points, or other value items in your account. Once the account is canceled, any balance, points, etc. cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3.2 If there are any pending transactions or orders, please ensure they are completed before applying for account cancellation. Once your account is cancelled, we will be unable to provide any form of support or service for these transactions or orders.

4. Cancellation Process

4.1 You can visit the settings page on the CHHES website or app, or contact customer service to complete the account cancellation application process following the on-screen instructions.

4.2 After receiving your account cancellation request, we may review the request to ensure its legality and security. Upon approval of the review, we will proceed with the account cancellation in accordance with this agreement.

5. Legal Liability

You understand and agree that CHHES shall not bear any liability for any data loss or damage resulting from account cancellation, unless expressly required by law.

6. Agreement Amendment

CHHES reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Any modifications will take effect upon the posting of updates on the CHHES website or APP. Your continued use of CHHES services constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
