Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.
CHHES platform may offer AI customer service, AI search, AI translation, AI image recognition, OCR text recognition, content summarization, product recommendations, or similar product assistance, among other features. AI features are designed to improve service efficiency and do not replace human judgment.
Nature of AI Results
- AI-generated or recognized results may be affected by factors such as input quality, image angle, lighting, model capability, product batch, language environment, and data update delays. Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incomplete information may occur.
- Regarding matters such as product authenticity, price, inventory, size, after-sales responsibility, order status, and legal rights and obligations, the product page, order records, customer service, after-sales review, and official documentation shall serve as the authoritative reference.
- AI responses do not constitute legal, appraisal, investment, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
User Responsibility
- Please do not enter or upload any illegal, inappropriate, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or minors-related content, nor sensitive information such as ID cards, bank cards, payment passwords, verification codes, or others' personal privacy unrelated to the service.
- You are responsible for content generated, reproduced, published, or disseminated using AI features, and must ensure it does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
- If the AI results are clearly incorrect, involve illegal or inappropriate content, or may cause misinterpretation, please stop using and provide feedback to customer service.
Platform Measures
- The platform may perform safety filtering, manual review, log auditing, rate limiting, content blocking, generation stopping, manual takeover, or service suspension on AI features.
- For AI-generated content that may be displayed or distributed to the public, platforms will take necessary notices, labels, or restrictions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.
- Minors using AI features should obtain guardian consent and be subject to guardian oversight. The platform will make reasonable efforts to prevent minors from over-relying on or being exposed to inappropriate content.
