Shipping Information

Your order will be delivered by our partner courier service. Deliveries are available Monday through Sunday. Shipping fees vary depending on delivery service, origin, and destination. Express delivery is available for all service areas. You can select your shipping method at checkout. For faster delivery, next-day delivery is available in select cities.

For orders shipping to mainland China, next-day delivery service is currently available.

Orders shipped to mainland China with a total amount exceeding 899 RMB are eligible for "free shipping." The benefit of "free shipping" is: no matter how many items from different partner stores are in your order, shipping is free and your order will be delivered to your door. All available shipping options will be displayed on the checkout page.

Delay risk:

Despite our best efforts to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over delays beyond the estimated arrival time. Therefore, your package may be subject to delays.

Package lost:

If the package is lost during transit by the courier after we ship your order, the cost of this order will be handled by us, and we will either reship or refund you.

Package damage:

After the package arrives, please check if the packaging is intact. If the package is damaged, opened, or missing items, contact the delivery courier promptly to file a claim for the damaged or missing package. Alternatively, you may authorize us to handle the process on your behalf.
