CHHES App Permission Request Description

Effective date: July 8, 2026. The following permissions are requested only when you use the corresponding features, and you can turn them off anytime in System Settings or in the app under Me → Edit Profile → Permission Management.

1. Camera

Use cases: profile photo upload, customer service chat photos, product inquiry images, order review uploads.
Collection method: Called when you actively tap to capture.
Required: No. If declined, you can still browse products but cannot take photos to upload.

2. Gallery/Storage

Use case: select photos from the album to upload as profile picture, customer service images, or review images.
Collection method: Invoked when you actively select an image.
Required: No.

3. Notice

Use cases: order updates, shipping alerts, and customer service notifications.
Collection method: Push tokens are collected through uni Push/Ge Tui only after you consent to enable them in the App's "Notification Settings".
Required: No, off by default.

4. Online

Use cases: product browsing, placing orders, logging in, and customer service communication.
Required: Yes; core functions cannot be used without network connection.

5. One-tap login with device number (optional)

Usage scenario: When you actively tap "One-tap login with local number," authentication is performed via the carrier/DCloud/Getui gateway to obtain your phone number.
Required: No. You can log in with your username or verification code instead.

6. Apple Sign In (i OS optional)

Use case: When you actively choose Sign in with Apple, we obtain your Apple user identifier and the email address you authorized.
Required: No.
