Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.
AI search helps you find products and content using keywords, images, product features, brand, materials, sizes, price range, or browsing history.
Results
- AI search results may be affected by inventory, data updates, keyword interpretation, image quality, sorting rules, and system status, and may be incomplete or contain errors.
- Search results do not represent the platform's commitment that items will be in stock, suitable for you, or that prices will not change. Please refer to the product detail page and order confirmation page as authoritative.
- For questions regarding authenticity, condition, size, material, or service limitations, please contact customer service for confirmation.
Algorithm and Personalization
- The platform may optimize rankings or recommendations based on keywords, browsing history, favorites, purchases, inquiries, region, device, and other information.
- We do not use algorithms to impose unreasonable differential treatment on consumers regarding transaction prices or other trading conditions.
- If you do not wish to receive personalized recommendations, you can turn off related permissions, clear your browsing history, adjust your system/app settings, or contact customer service for assistance.
User Input
- Please do not enter any sensitive information that is illegal, non-compliant, inappropriate, infringing, involves others' privacy, or is unrelated to your search.
- When using image search or photo recognition, please avoid uploading images containing irrelevant information such as faces, ID documents, bank cards, home addresses, license plates, or chat records.
