OCR Text Recognition Instructions

Scope of Application: This policy applies to the CHHES website (www.chhes.com), i OS App, Android App, We Chat Mini Program, and all CHHES versions available on app stores and mobile manufacturer channels such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, Samsung, and My App (collectively referred to as the "CHHES Platform"). Page names may vary slightly across different platforms, but the rules for accounts, orders, privacy, after-sales service, and AI features are consistent.
OCR text recognition extracts text from images you actively upload or photograph, assisting with customer service, after-sales service, search, translation, or order information entry.
Scope of Application
- Identify text in product labels, sizes, models, tracking numbers, after-sales certificates, and image descriptions.
- Assists in converting text from images into copyable, searchable, or translatable text.
- Recognition results may require your manual verification and correction.
Accuracy limitations
- OCR results may be affected by image clarity, angle, lighting, font, occlusion, language, and layout, and may contain typos, missing characters, or ordering errors.
- For order, payment, after-sales service, invoice, or legal matters, the original documents and manual review shall prevail.
Privacy Notice
- Please do not upload ID cards, bank cards, medical records, chat logs, home addresses, information about minors, or other people's privacy that are unrelated to the service.
- If credentials must be uploaded, please first redact any irrelevant sensitive information, keeping only what's needed to process this service.
- Camera, photo album, and storage permissions are only invoked when you actively use OCR or upload images.
