Bearbrick 基本解説：
款式：ベアブリックの各シリーズには、BASIC、JELLYBEAN、PATTERN、FLAG、HORROR、SF、CUTE、ANIMALなど基本タイプが展開されている。
BASIC 基本モデル：各世代では、その年の主打色として一つのカラーが描かれ、胸元に光沢のあるビーズのチャームが一点付き、アルファベット9文字が並んでいます。それらを全て集めるとBEARBRICKになります。
JELLYBEAN（ジェリービーン）クリアタイプ：每一代は透明カラーを展開。透明を基調に、多彩なカラーを展開。
PATTERN 图案款：每一代都会有不同的图案，印花或者特殊的图案。
FLAG（国旗モデル）：各シリーズで、基本的な国旗システムは引き継がれる
HORROR ホラー款： 每一代都恐怖的动漫形象。
CUTE 可爱款：每一代中，选取一个可爱的设计，多数由女性设计师完成。

仕様：在每代产品中都会附赠每只小熊的出生卡片，而且还会发行一款或者几款限量版、隐藏版，来增加收藏的乐趣。
素材：Bearbrickの主素材はABS、PVCで、ごく一部の限定品には金属、木製、植絨などの材質が使用されます。
産地：大半は中国大陸で生産され、ごく一部の限定品は海外で生産されます。
バージョン：プレイヤーがよく口にする「日本版」「香港版”等は、實際には販売地域の違い而已。本体そのものには一切の違いはありません。すべて同じメーカーが製造しています。販売地域によって関連法規が異なるため、異なる認証マークが貼られる場合がありますが、それ以外の点は完全に同一です。大陸版も日本版と全く同じものです。
形状的特征：
頭部：典型的熊头的特征，两耳同大小（与Qee的大小耳不同），腮唇部微鼓，鼻部为小圆润突起，无嘴无眼（素体），可在颈部360°任意转动
胴体：腹部隆起，背部笔直
腕：100%タイプは肩で自由に回転し、ハサミ状の اليد（指なし）、手首で自由に回転可能（popobeなど他のベアーとの最大の違い）
ウエスト：可360°任意转动，臀部略下伸。
脚：股根部で前後左右に360°回転可能。甲部分はやや前方に傾斜し、両面に丸穴が2つずつ空いている。底面はフラットで、各底面に丸穴が1つ空いている。腿部形状は立方体型。背面には通常、バージョン情報が記載されている。
分解方法：原理的には、Bearbrickの頭、腕、脚は本体から外せます（力づくで引っ張れば取れますが、手は本体と一体化しています）。ただし分解して遊ぶのはおすすめしません。分解を繰り返すと接続部が緩み、骨がなくなったようにぐらぐらになってしまいます。
400%、1000% 特記事項：Bearbrickの大型サイズは形状は標準サイズ（100%）と同様のため、単なるスケールアップです。ただし、腕と脚は前後方向への平面回転のみ可能で、两侧には動きません。体积增大に伴い内部はギア机构이며、100%サイズのモジュール组み立てとは異なります。分解不可のため、强制的な力は加えしないでください。
出身地：Bearbrickの手足とボディはブロック人形の形状をしていますが、これはBearbrickがKubrickの造型を継承しているためです。Kubrickという言葉は、元々レゴ（LEGO）のブロック人形のことに由来し、Medicom社がそれをベースにBearbrickをデザインしました。

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.
If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
