BASIC 기본 모델:每一代都会推出一个颜色，就是它的主打色，在它的胸口会有亮珠一颗，然后会有9个字母，每个字母都集起将会是B E A R B R I C K。
JELLYBEAN 透明款：매 세대마다 투명 컬러가 등장하며, 투명 컬러가 기본이지만 다양한 컬러도 함께 출시됩니다.
PATTERN 패턴세대마다 서로 다른 패턴, 프린트 또는 특수 패턴이 적용됩니다.
FLAG 国旗款：세대마다 하나의 기본 국기계가 있다.

토르소:복부가 불록하고 등은 곧게 뻗어 있음
胳膊：100% 모델은 어깨 부분이 자유롭게 회전하며, 손은 집게 모양으로 손가락이 없고 손목 부분도 자유롭게 회전합니다 (popobe 등 다른 곰 인형과 구별되는 가장 큰 특징).
허리:360° 자유롭게 회전 가능, 힙이 약간 아래로 돌출됨.
다리:대면 상하좌우로 자유롭게 회전 가능. 발등이 약간 앞으로 돌출되어 있으며, 발등에 원형 구멍이 2개씩 있음. 발바닥은 평평하며 중앙에 구멍이 1개씩 있음. 다리 형태는 정육면체 형상. 다리 뒷면에는 버전 정보가 표기됨.
탈착식:원리상 Bearbrick의 머리, 팔, 다리는 몸통과 분리할 수 있으며(억지로 잡아당기면 분리 가능, 손은 분리 불가). 하지만 이렇게 사용하는 것은 권장하지 않는다. 분리를 반복하면 연결부가 헐거워져 습관적으로 분리되는 현상이 발생하며, 뼈대가 빠지면서 전체적으로 헐렁해지고 흔들리게 된다.
400%, 1000% 특별 안내:이 두 사이즈의 Bearbrick은 외형상 차이 없이 단지 더 큰 것일 뿐입니다. 그러나 팔과 다리는 앞뒤 방향으로만 평면 내 회전이 가능하며 양쪽으로 움직일 수 없습니다. 이는 체적이 크기 때문에 내부에 기어 디자인이 적용되었기 때문입니다. 100%처럼 단순 모듈 조립이 아닙니다. 또한 이 두 사이즈는 분해가 불가능하므로 절대 무리한 힘을 가하지 마십시오.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?

CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.

7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
