款式：Bearbrick的每一代都有基本款，包括BASIC、JELLYBEAN、PATTERN、FLAG、HORROR、SF、CUTE、ANIMAL
BASIC 基本款：매세대마다 하나의 컬러를 출시하며, 이것이 메인 컬러가 된다. 가슴 부분에 반짝이는 비즈 하나와 9개의 알파벳이 배치되어 있으며, 모으면 B E A R B R I C K가 된다.
JELLYBEAN 투명：每一代都会有透明颜色。以透明为主，但是推出不同的颜色。
PATTERN 패턴 디자인：每一代都会有不同的图案，印花或者特殊的图案。
FLAG 国旗款：매 세대마다 기본 국기 시리즈가 하나씩 있습니다.
HORROR 호러 디자인：세대를 불문하고 무서운 애니메이션 캐릭터.
CUTE 카우트:每一代中，选取一个可爱的设计，多数由女性设计师完成。

규격:각 세대 제품마다 곰돌이 출생 카드가 동봉되며, 한두 가지 한정판 또는 숨은 버전도 출시되어 수집의 즐거움을 더해 줍니다.
소재:베어브릭의 주요 소재는 ABS, PVC이며, 일부 한정품에는 금속, 나무, 피복 소재 등이 사용되기도 합니다.
원산지:大部分都在中国内地生产，也有少量限定品会在国外生产。
버전:所谓玩家们经常说“日版”，“港版”等，其实只是售卖地的区别。在玩具本身上无任何区别。都是同一厂家生产。只不过会由于售卖地的不同，相关法律不同，可能会加贴不同认证标识。其他就完全一样了。能够买到的大陆版也是和日本完全一样的。
형체 특성:
头：전형적인 곰 머리 특징으로, 양쪽 귀가 동일한 크기(Qee의 크고 작은 귀와 다름)이고, 볼과 입술 부분이 살짝 부풀어 있으며, 코가 작고 동그랗게 돌출되어 있고, 입과 눈이 없는 소체입니다. 목 부분이 360° 자유롭게 회전할 수 있습니다.

팔:100% 모델은 어깨에서 자유롭게 회전 가능, 집게 모양의 손가락 없는 손, 손목에서도 자유롭게 회전 가능(popobe 등 다른 곰인형과 구별되는 가장 큰 특징)
腰部：360° 자유롭게 회전 가능하며, 힙이 약간 아래로 늘어지는 디자인.
腿：넓적다리 근처에서 상하좌우로 자유롭게 회전 가능. 발등이 약간 앞으로 돌출되며, 발등에 둥근 구멍이 각각 두 개씩 있음. 발바닥은 평평하고, 발바닥에 구멍이 하나씩 있음. 다리 형태는 정육면체 모양. 다리 뒷면에 버전 정보가 기재되어 있음.
拆卸：원리적으로 베어브릭의 머리, 팔, 다리는 몸통에서 분리할 수 있습니다(억지로 잡아당기면 떨어지지만, 손은 분리 불가). 그러나 이렇게 장난치는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 너무 많이 분리하면 연결부가 헐어 차후에는 습관적으로 분리되는 상황이 되어, 뼈가 빠지면서 축 처지고 흔들거려지게 됩니다.
400%，1000%特别说明：这两个规格的Bearbrick形体上没有区别，就是更大个了。但是他们的胳膊和腿只能做前后的平面内转动，不可向两侧活动。这是由于体积比较大，内部为齿轮设计。不像100%只是模块的组装。当然，这两个规格也不可拆卸，千万不要使用蛮力。。。
祖籍：Bearbrick的手脚和身体类似积木人，这是因为Bearbrick沿用了Kubrick的造型。Kubrick这词最早源于乐高（LEGO）玩具的积木人，Medicom公司在此基础上设计了Bearbrick。

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.
If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
