款式：BEARBRICK 每一代皆包含基本款，分別為 BASIC、JELLYBEAN、PATTERN、FLAG、HORROR、SF、CUTE、ANIMAL
BASIC 基本款：每一代皆會推出一款代表色，胸口鑲有一顆亮珠，下方為 9 個字母，集滿所有字母即為 B E A R B R I C K
JELLYBEAN 透明款式：每一代都會有透明顏色。以透明為主，但會推出不同的顏色。
圖案款：每個世代都有不同的圖案、印花或特殊設計。
FLAG 國旗款：每個系列都有一款基本國旗款式。
恐怖風格：每個世代都令人恐懼的動漫角色。
CUTE 可愛款：每代精選一款可愛設計，多由女性設計師操刀
ANIMAL 動物款：每一代都會有一款以動物為元素的設計。當然不一定是真實的動物。18系列裡就是大名鼎鼎的Hello Kitty。
SF 科幻款：以知名科幻角色為設計元素。
ARTIST 藝術家聯名款：特邀知名藝術家操刀設計，限量稀有。（每代僅 2 件）
此外，每一代都會包含數量不等的隱藏款式，這些款式官方不會公開公布，必須由玩家自行發掘。
大小：7 公分 100% 倍數、14.5 公分 200% 倍數、28 公分 400% 倍數、70 公分 1000% 倍數，以及 3.5 公分 50% 倍數、5 公分 70% 倍數，共六種不同尺寸
規格：每一代產品皆附贈小熊的出生卡片，並會推出限量版與隱藏版，增添收藏樂趣。
材質：Bearbrick 主要採用 ABS、PVC 材質，另有少量限定款採用金屬、木質、植絨等材質。
產地：大部分在中國內地生產，少量限定品在國外生產。
版本：玩家口中的「日版」、「港版」等，其實只是銷售地區的差異。玩具本身沒有任何不同，都是同一間工廠製造。只是因為銷售地區的法規不同，可能會貼上不同的認證標籤，其他部分完全相同。即使是大陸版本，也與日本版本完全相同。
形體特徵：
頭：典型的熊頭特徵，兩耳同大小（與Qee的大小耳不同），腮唇部微鼓，鼻部為小圓潤突起，無嘴無眼（素體），可在頸部360°任意轉動
軀幹：腹部隆起，背部挺直
手臂100%款式，肩部可360度旋轉，手部呈鉗狀無指節，手腕處可任意轉動（與popobe等其他熊仔最大的不同之處）
腰圍：可360°任意轉動，臀部略向下延伸
腿：可在大腿根部前後左右任意轉動。腳面略前伸，腳面上各帶有兩個圓孔。腳底平坦，腳底各有一圓洞。腿型呈立方體狀。腿背面一般有版本資訊。
可拆卸：從原理上來說，Bearbrick 的頭、手臂、腿都可以與軀幹分離（用蠻力拽下來即可，手部不可分離）。但不建議這樣玩，分離多次後連接處會變鬆，久了就會變成「習慣性分離」，失去支撐，變得鬆垮晃蕩。
400%、1000% 特殊說明：這兩個尺寸的Bearbrick在造型上沒有差異，只是更大隻。不過它們的手臂與腿部只能在前後平面範圍內轉動，無法向兩側活動。這是因為體積較大，內部採用齒輪結構，不像100%只是積木零件組裝。當然，這兩個尺寸也無法拆卸，千萬別用蠻力⋯⋯
產地：Bearbrick的手腳與身體如同積木人偶，這是因為Bearbrick沿用了Kubrick的設計。Kubrick一詞源於樂高（LEGO）玩具的積木人偶，Medicom以此為基礎創造了Bearbrick。

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.
If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
12. What are the official CHHES channels?
