BE@RBRICK 基本紹介：
タイプ：Bearbrickの各シリーズにはBASIC、JELLYBEAN、PATTERN、FLAG、HORROR、SF、CUTE、ANIMALなど基本スタイルが展開されています。
BASIC（基本モデル）：各シリーズごとに1色ずつ主打カラーを展開。ハート部分には璨眼的珠子1つと9文字が配され、すべて合わせると「B E A R B R I C K」になります。
JELLYBEAN クリアモデル：各シリーズでクリアカラーを展開。クリアベースだが、異なるカラーを発売することもある。
PATTERN 柄違い：世代ごとに異なるデザイン、プリント、特別モチーフが登場します。
FLAG 国旗モデル：各シリーズには基本的な国旗シリーズが必ず含まれています。
HORROR ホラー款：インパクトのあるアニメキャラクター。

各シリーズには数量不明の隠し款があり、款式は非公開のため、集める人々が自ら見つける必要があります。
サイズ：7cm（100%）、14.5cm（200%）、28cm（400%）、70cm（1000%）、および3.5cm（50%）、5cm（70%）の全6サイズ
仕様各世代の商品には、各ベアたちの出生カードが付属し、限定版やシークレット版をひとつまたは数款式樣発売して、コレクションの楽しさを広げます。
素材ベアブリックの主な素材はABS、PVCで、一部の限定品には金属、木材、植毛などの素材が使用されることもあります。
原産地：ほとんどの作品は中国本土で生産されており、少量の限定品は海外で生産されています。
バージョン：いわゆるプレイヤーたちが「日版」「港版」と呼ぶものは、実際には販売地の違いに過ぎず、玩具本体には何の違いもありません。すべて同一メーカーが製造した同一製品です。販売地が異なるため、関連する法規も異なり、必要に応じて異なる認証ラベルが貼られる場合があります。それ以外の点は完全に同一です日本で販売されているものと同じものが中国本土版としても購入できます。
身体的特徴：
ヘッド：典型的なベアヘッドの特徴で、両耳は同じサイズ（Qee不同的是、両耳のサイズが異なる）。頬と口元がわずかに膨らみ、小さな丸い鼻の突起物がある。嘴や目はなく（素体）、首が360°自由に回転可能
ボディ：腹部が膨らみ、背中がまっすぐなシルエット
腕周：100%モデルは肩部で自由に回転でき、手は钳のような形状で指がない。手首でも自由に回転可能（popobeなどの他のベアブロックとの最大の違い）
腰部360°自由に回転可能で、ヒンジ部分がやや下に突出しています。
レッグ：大腿根部で前後左右方向に自由に回転可能。足先は略微 前傾斜し、表面各部に2つの丸穴があいている。靴底は平坦で、各底部にも丸穴が一つある。脚部は立方体形状で、背面には通常、バージョン情報が記載されている。
ディテール：原理的には、Bearbrickの頭、腕、足は躯幹から分離可能（力ずくで引っ張れば取れる。ただし手は分離不可）。しかしこのまま遊ぶことは推奨しない。分離を繰り返すと接続部が緩み、いずれ「習慣性分離」になり、骨格が失われてぐらぐら揺れるようになる。
400%、1000% 特記事項：これら2サイズのBearbrickは形状に差はなく、単純に大型化されたものである。手足は前後方向への平面回転のみ可能で、側方には動かない。これはサイズが大きく、内部がギア設計になっているためである。100%サイズは単なるモジュール組立不同的是異なり、これらも分解できない。力を加えないでください。
出身地：Bearbrickの手足とボディはブロック人形の造型を踏襲していますが、これはBearbrickがKubrickのシルエットを継承しているためです。Kubrickという言葉はもともとレゴ（LEGO）のおもちゃのブロック人形が語源で、Medicom社がこれをベースにBearbrickをデザインしました。

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.
If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
12. What are the official CHHES channels?
