款式：→ 型番：ベアブリックの各世代にはBASIC、JELLYBEAN、PATTERN、FLAG、HORROR、SF、CUTE、ANIMALの基本モデルがあります
BASIC 基本モデル：每一世代都會推出一個主打色款式，胸口鑲有一顆亮珠，並附有9個字母，將字母湊齊即為B E A R B R I C K。
JELLYBEAN クリアタイプ：各世代でクリアカラーが登場。クリアがベースだが、異なるカラーも展開。
PATTERN パターン：各世代ごとに異なるモチーフ、プリント、または特別なデザインが採用されています。
FLAG 国旗柄：每一世代に基本的な国旗シリーズがあります。
HORROR ホラー款：どの世代においても恐怖を誘うアニメキャラクターです。

規格：各世代のプロダクトには、各ベアーの出生カードが添付されており、限定版やシークレット版を1款式 数款式発売してコレクションの魅力をさらに高めています。

形態的特徴：
ヘッド：典型的なベアヘッドの特徴。两耳は同じサイズで（Qeeの大小不同的耳不同的是）、頬と口のあたり微微かに膨らみ、鼻は小さく丸く突起している。目と口がないピュアボディで、首元で360°自由に回転可能。
胴体腹部が膨らみ、背筋がまっすぐ
腕部100%サイズは肩部で360度回転可能、手は钳のような形状で指がなく、手首で自由に回転できます（popobeなどの他のベアブリックとの最大の違い）
腰部360度全方向に回転可能。臀部が少し下方へ伸びています。
脚部太腿の付け根で前後左右に自在に回転可能。足の甲はやや前方に突出し、それぞれ2つの丸い穴が開いている。靴底は平坦で、同様に各面に1つの丸い穴が備わる。脚は立方体形状で、背面には通常、バージョン情報が記載されている。
分解原理的には、Bearbrickの頭、腕、脚は本体から分离可能です（力を込めれば外れますが、手は分离できません）。しかし、玩法としては推奨しません。频繁に分离すると连接部が緩み、「習慣的に外れる」ようになり、骨格がないためぐらぐら揺れるようになります。
400%、1000%特別なお知らせ：400%と1000%はサイズアップするだけで基本的な造型は同じです。ただし腕と脚は前後平面内でのみ回転でき、側面には動きません。これは大型化に伴い、内部がギア構造になっているためです。100%のようなモジュラー構造とは 달리分解できません。くれぐれも無理に力を加えないようご注意ください。
原産国：Bearbrickの手足と身体はブロック人形の造型を採り入れており、これはBearbrickがKubrickの造型を採用しているためです。Kubrickという言葉自体は、レゴ（LEGO）のおもちゃのブロック人形に由来し、Medicom社がこれをベースにBearbrickを設計しました。

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.
If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
