Chrome Hearts purchases retail building in upscale Yorkville area of Toronto

First Capital REIT sold the building, located in one of Toronto's most popular high street locations, to luxury retail brand Chrome Hearts for $12.65 million (approximately $1,787 per square foot).

Chrome Hearts is a luxury retail brand specializing in handcrafted sterling silver jewelry, heavy leather goods, high-end apparel, eyewear, and custom wooden furniture.

In an owner-user transaction, the retail brand acquired a three-story retail property from First Capital REIT for $12.65 million (approximately $1,787 per square foot),

REIT at 121 Scollard St. in Toronto's Yorkville district.
