CHHES AI Data Usage and Security Standards

1. Description
This document establishes the rules governing CHHES platform AI functions in data collection, processing, storage, and security.
2. AI Data Range
The data involved in AI features includes: text entered by users, uploaded images, OCR-recognized content, search queries, and conversation records, among others.
3. Data Usage Principles
All AI data is used solely to provide services requested by the current user, and is not used for advertising, user profiling, or any other unauthorized purposes.
4. AI Training Instructions
CHHES will not use users' personal data for AI model training. If used for model optimization, data will be anonymized and de-identified, and handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Data Storage
AI interaction data is stored only for the necessary period to provide services and troubleshoot issues. It will be deleted or anonymized after the retention period expires.
6. Third-party AI Services
Some AI capabilities may be provided by third-party models or APIs, with only the necessary data transmitted within the scope required to implement the functionality.
7. Data Security Measures
The platform employs encrypted transmission, access controls, and security audits to safeguard AI data and prevent leaks or unauthorized access.
8. User Rights
Users may request to view and delete AI-related data, and may disable AI features or revoke authorization.
