CHHES Personal Information Collection List

1. Description

This document describes the types and purposes of personal information collected by CHHES when providing App, mini-program, and website services.

2. Register and Login

Information collected: phone number, verification code, We Chat Open ID/Union ID (if applicable), Apple user identifier (if applicable)
Purpose: used for account registration, login, and identity verification.

3. Orders & Transactions

Information collected: recipient name, phone number, address, order details, and payment information (processed by a third party)
Purpose: Used for completing product purchases, payments, and logistics delivery.

4. AI Features

Information collection: user-entered text, uploaded images, and OCR-recognized content (if applicable)
Use: for AI customer service, AI search, AI translation, and image recognition services; used solely for current service requests, not for advertising purposes.

5. Device and Log Information

Collect information: device model, operating system, IP address, network information, and application crash logs
Purpose: Used for system security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

6. Camera and Photo Album

Data Collection: Images or Video Content with User Authorization
Purpose: AI search, image upload, avatar settings, and product identification.

7. Location Information (if used)

Collect information: geographic location (with user authorization)
Use: Used for map services, delivery address selection, and logistics services.

8. Third-Party Sharing

Information is shared only with payment, logistics, push notification, and AI service providers when necessary, and is not used for any other purposes.
