Ren Meng

Ren Meng, born in 1989, is an artist. He studied at the Repin Academy of Fine Arts in 2009 and later enrolled in the Central Academy of Fine Arts' advanced oil painting program in 2014. During his school years and early career, he was influenced by realistic style, laying a solid technical foundation. Through continued learning and research, he developed a new understanding of contemporary art and, combined with current street culture trends, sought to merge realistic, contemporary, and street art styles. Ren Meng's purpose in creating art is to explore the boundaries of aesthetics. He believes art serves the general public rather than a select few, and therefore only when works are liked and accepted by more people does an artist's creation hold greater value and meaning.
