Bearbrick, also known as the building-block bear, is a toy produced by Japanese company MediumICOM, officially launched in August 2001. By 2009, the 18 th generation had been released. It is distributed in Mainland China by PPW.

Version:What collectors refer to as 'Japanese version' or 'Hong Kong version' simply indicates the region of sale—there is no difference in the toy itself. All are produced by the same manufacturer. Arms:100% version: Arms rotate freely at shoulders; claw-shaped hands with no fingers; hands rotate freely at wrists (main distinguishing feature from popobe and other bear dolls).

Legs:Can rotate freely in all directions at the upper thigh joint. Slightly extended instep with two round holes on each foot. Flat sole with one circular hole on each foot. Cube-shaped leg. Version information typically printed on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:Fundamentally, Bearbrick heads, arms, and legs can all be separated from the torso (simply pull with force—hands cannot be detached). However, this is not recommended for play. Frequent separation loosens the connection points over time, eventually leading to 'habitual separation'—the parts become loose and wobbly with no structural integrity.
400%, 1000% Special Notes:These two sizes share the same Bearbrick body silhouette—just scaled up. However, their arms and legs rotate only forward and backward within the same plane; they cannot swing sideways. This is due to the internal gear mechanism required for the larger scale. Unlike the 100% version, which is simply modular assembly. Naturally, these two sizes are also non-disassemblable—never use force.
Origin:Bearbrick's hands, feet, and body resemble a block figure, as Bearbrick was designed based on the Kubrick form. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO's block-figure toys, and Medicom built Bearbrick from that foundation.

Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?

5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
