Bearbrick, widely known as BE@RBRICK, is a toy produced by Japan's MediumICOM Company. Officially launched in August 2001, it reached its 18 th generation in 2009. PPW handles distribution in mainland China.

Arms:The 100% model features freely rotating shoulders, pincer-shaped hands without fingers, and hands that rotate freely at the wrists—a key distinction from Popobe and other bear figures.

Legs:The legs can be freely rotated in any direction at the upper thigh. The feet extend slightly forward, with two circular holes on the top of each foot. The soles are flat, with one circular hole in each. The legs have a cuboid shape, with version information typically printed on the back.
Disassembly:In principle, a Bearbrick’s head, arms, and legs can all be detached from the torso by pulling forcefully, though the hands cannot be removed. However, this is not recommended, as repeated detachment can loosen the joints and turn separation into a habit, leaving the figure loose and wobbling.
400%, 1000% Special Notes:The 400% and 1000% Bearbrick figures share the same design and differ only in size. Their arms and legs can only rotate forward and backward within a single plane and cannot move sideways. This is because their larger size requires an internal gear mechanism, unlike the 100% modular design. Neither version is disassemblable, so never use excessive force.
Place of origin:Bearbrick's hands, feet, and body resemble those of a brick-built figure because it retains the design of the original Kubrick. The name "Kubrick" originated with LEGO's brick-built figures, and Medicom later developed Bearbrick based on this concept.

3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.

5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
