Versions:What collectors refer to as 'Japan version,' 'HK version,' etc., are simply differences in the region of sale. The toys themselves are identical—no differences in the actual product. All are made by the same manufacturer. Variations only occur in certification labels required by local regulations. Everything else is exactly the same. The mainland version available is fully identical to the Japan version.

Head:Typical bear-head design with evenly sized ears (distinguishing it from Qee's asymmetric ear style). Slightly puffed cheeks and lips; rounded nose bump; blank face with no features (bare body). Head rotates 360° on neck.
Body:Belly rounded, back straight.
Arms:100% poseable at the shoulders; claws in pincer shape with no fingers; hands rotate freely at the wrists (the key distinguishing feature from popobe and other teddy bears)
Waist:Full 360° rotation with hips slightly extended downward.
Legs:Legs can rotate 360° at the thigh joint. The top of the foot extends slightly forward with two circular holes on each foot. The sole is flat with one round hole per foot. The leg is cube-shaped. Version info is typically stamped on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:In principle, Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso (simply pull with force; hands are not detachable). However, this is not recommended for play—repeated disassembly loosens the connecting joints, leading to 'habitual separation,' where the piece loses structural integrity and becomes wobbly and loose.
400%, 1000% — Special Note:These two sizes share the same Bearbrick body shape, just scaled up. However, their arms and legs can only rotate forward and backward within a single plane—they cannot move sideways. This is due to the larger volume and internal gear mechanism design, unlike the 100% which is simply assembled from separate parts. Additionally, neither size is meant to be disassembled—please do not force them apart.
Origin:Bearbrick's hands, feet, and body resemble a modular figure because Bearbrick is based on the Kubrick design. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO's building-block figures, and Medicom adapted this concept to create Bearbrick.

Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.

Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
