Version:The so-called 'Japanese version,' 'Hong Kong version,' etc., simply refer to different sale regions. There is no difference in the product itself—all are manufactured by the same factory. Physical characteristics:
Head:Typical bear head features: equal-sized ears (unlike Qee's asymmetrical ears), slightly rounded cheeks and mouth area, small rounded nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (blank style), head rotates 360° at the neck
Torso:Belly protrudes, back is straight
Arms:100% model features fully rotatable shoulders, pincer-style hands with no fingers, and freely rotating wrists (the key distinguishing feature from Popobe and other bear plush toys)
Waist:Fully rotatable 360°, with slightly downward-extended hips.
Legs:Legs rotate freely 360° at the upper thigh. Feet extend slightly forward with two circular holes on each foot. Soles are flat with a circular hole. Legs are cube-shaped. Version information is typically stamped on the back of the legs.
Disassembly:In principle, Bearbrick heads, arms, and legs can all be detached from the torso (simply pull them off with force; hands cannot be removed). However, this is not recommended—frequent disassembly will loosen the connection points, eventually causing 'habitual detachment' where limbs become wobbly and unstable.
400%, 1000% Special Notes:These two sizes share the same Bearbrick form factor as their smaller counterparts, just in a larger format. However, their arms and legs only rotate front-to-back within a single plane and cannot move side-to-side. This is due to the internal gear mechanism, unlike the 100% which is assembled from modular parts. Neither of these sizes is disassemblable—do not force them apart.
Origin:Bearbrick's hands, feet, and body resemble a building-block figure, as Bearbrick adopted the Kubrick design. The term Kubrick originated from the building-block figure in LEGO toys, which Medicom then adapted to create Bearbrick.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
