Bearbrick Astronaut Snoopy 400%

Bearbrick (Be@rbrick) is the iconic block bear toy produced by Japanese company Medicom, officially launched in August 2001. By 2009, the 18 th generation had already been released. It is distributed in Mainland China by PPW.
Nicknames: Bearbrick, be@rbrick, BB, Building Block Bear, Brick Bear, Versatile Brick Bear.

Bearbrick Overview

Models:Each Bearbrick series includes a base model, with variants: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, ANIMAL.
BASIC:Each series releases one colorway as the signature shade, featuring a single bead on the chest and 9 letters that spell B-E-A-R-B-R-I-C-K when collected.

JELLYBEAN Transparent:Each generation includes transparent colorways. While transparency is the core theme, various color options are released.

PATTERN series:Each generation features different patterns, whether printed designs or special embellishments.

FLAG pattern:Each generation releases a base patriotic collection.

HORROR motif:Horrifying anime characters featured in each generation.

CUTE Cute Style:Each generation features one cute design, most created by female designers.

ANIMAL Animal Style:Each generation includes an animal-themed design—not necessarily a real animal. The iconic Hello Kitty appears in the 18 series.

SF Sci-Fi Style:Features a well-known sci-fi character or motif.

ARTIST Artist Edition:Designed in collaboration with a renowned artist. Extremely limited, only 2 pieces per generation.

Additionally, each generation features a varying number of hidden designs. The official does not disclose these hidden styles; players must discover them on their own.

Bearbrick Astronaut Snoopy 400%
Size:Six sizes available: 7 cm (100%), 14.5 cm (200%), 28 cm (400%), 70 cm (1000%), 3.5 cm (50%), and 5 cm (70%)

Specifications:Each generation includes a birth card for every bear, and one or several limited or hidden editions are released to enhance the fun of collecting.

Material:Bearbrick's primary materials are ABS and PVC, though some limited editions are crafted from metal, wood, flocked fabric, or other materials.

Origin:Most are manufactured in mainland China, with a small number of limited editions produced overseas.

Versions:What collectors commonly refer to as 'Japanese version,' 'Hong Kong version,' etc., are simply distinctions based on the market of sale. There is no actual difference in the products themselves—they are all produced by the same manufacturer. The only variation may be different certification labels required by local regulations. Everything else is identical. The mainland version available is exactly the same as the Japanese version.

Physical characteristics:

Head:Classic bear head design with both ears equal in size (unlike Qee's asymmetrical ears), slightly rounded cheeks and snout, small rounded nose bump, no mouth or eyes (blank figure), head rotates 360° freely at the neck.

Torso:Belly protrudes; back is straight.

Arms:100% model features full rotation at the shoulder joint; pincer-style hands with no individual fingers; hands rotate freely at the wrist (this is the key distinguishing feature from popobe and other bear plush toys).
Waist:Full 360° rotation; hips slightly extended downward.

Legs:Legs rotate freely in all directions at the upper thigh. The foot extends slightly forward, with two round holes on each footbed. The sole is flat with one round hole per foot. The leg features a cubic silhouette. The back of the leg typically displays version information.

Disassembly:In principle, the head, arms, and legs of a Bearbrick can be detached from the torso (simply pull with force—hands cannot be separated). However, this is not recommended. Repeated disassembly loosens the connectors, eventually leading to "habitual separation" where the joints become wobbly and unstable.

400%, 1000% Special Notes:The 400% and 1000% Bearbrick share the same base design—just scaled up. However, their arms and legs can only rotate forward and backward within the same plane; lateral movement is restricted. This is due to the internal gear mechanism required for the larger size, unlike the 100% which uses simple modular assembly. Additionally, these two sizes cannot be disassembled—do not force them apart.

Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and torso resemble block-figure design because Bearbrick adopted the Kub rick form. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO block figures, and Medicom subsequently developed Bearbrick based on this concept.

Characteristics:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems from its innovative design and meticulous painting. Medicom Corporation found the perfect entry point, merging street culture, film elements, and pop culture into Bearbrick, creating entirely new art forms. Collaborations with global artists, designers, and popular brands resulted in limited and special editions. Partnerships with streetwear labels led to coordinated sales, often triggering overnight queues and frenzied purchases. Prices surged accordingly, and collecting rare pieces now requires significant investment.

FAQ

Notes on authenticity, packaging, DOG TG, silver care, and official CHHES channels.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?

CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.

Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.

Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.

Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.

Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

If this is your first order and you prefer a secured checkout path, you can also purchase through the Taobao store or WeChat mini program. Contact support for details.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?

For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.

3. What packaging is included?

Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.

Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.

Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?

Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.

Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.

5. What should I know about craftsmanship?

Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.

Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.

6. What is a buyer store?

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.

CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.

To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.

7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?

A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.

A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?

Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.

Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.

If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.

Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.

10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?

Ring pattern examples across different sizes

Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.

11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?

Chrome Hearts silver oxidation color example

Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.

12. What are the official CHHES channels?

Please use official CHHES channels: www.chhes.com, WeChat mini program chhes, Taobao store chhes, WeChat chhes2, Douyin chhes, RED chhes1, Kuaishou chhes, and Weibo chhes.

If a store has a similar name, unusually low pricing, or cannot be verified by official support, contact CHHES support before ordering.
