1. How is authenticity ensured?

All products sold in our store are sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner physical stores. We inspect all items before shipping.

Jewelry items are inspected for appearance, engraving, hand-polishing marks, material, and distressing; apparel items are inspected for anti-counterfeit labels, serial numbers, embroidered tags, and craftsmanship details.

Counter receipt scans or copies may be provided depending on the item; original receipts are retained by the buyer.

Items include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Inspection is supported after delivery while tags remain intact, and third-party authentication platforms may be used.

If you have any authenticity concerns upon receipt, please keep the complete product, tags, packaging, and authentication certificate, then contact dedicated support for review. CHHES provides the promised authenticity guarantee and 10 x compensation for counterfeits.

3. About packaging

Chrome Hearts apparel is packaged in plain transparent plastic bags with no markings or branding.

8. Why are some items not returnable or exchangeable?

Since Chrome Hearts boutiques do not accept returns or exchanges on any sold items, products marked as non-returnable on the listing page cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Why can silver jewelry turn black or yellow?

sterling silver 饰品都会氧化变黑变黄，sterling silver 在空气中会接触到硫(S)或是二氧化硫(SO₂)，与白银发生化学反应生成了灰 black 粉末且不溶于水的硫化银(Ag₂S)。

Silver is less chemically stable than platinum or gold and may oxidize, darken, or turn yellow due to moisture or other chemicals in the air, losing its luster.
