Counter receipt scans or copies may be provided depending on the item; original receipts are retained by the buyer.

Items include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Inspection is supported after delivery while tags remain intact, and third-party authentication platforms may be used.

2. Why don't clothes come with DOG TG?

When purchasing Chrome Hearts apparel at boutiques, all United States boutiques will collect the DOG TG. Asian boutiques collect them except in China.

3. About packaging

Chrome Hearts apparel is packaged in plain transparent plastic bags with no branding.

Chrome Hearts jewelry is packaged in black boutique suede pouches; there is no boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags are packaged in boutique silk dust bags.

Chrome Hearts shopping bags—one is provided per boutique purchase trip by a buyer, not one per item.

4. About boutique receipts

The boutique does not issue separate receipts per item; customers who need a receipt can contact us to request one.

Because buyers must retain original receipts, only scans or copies can be provided.

5. About product craftsmanship

Chrome Hearts jewelry is handcrafted. Engraving may appear unclear, with scratches, black spots, or small dents—these are normal characteristics of the brand, not product defects.

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and physical partner stores.

Our professional buyers are located worldwide, mostly in the United States. Buyers provide us with first-hand sourcing, and most have warehouses in China.

To ensure authenticity, all products are sent to our fulfillment point for inspection before packing and shipment.

7. What is the difference between personal shopping and a buyer store?

Personal shopping is usually handled by an individual with limited capacity and availability.

Buyer boutiques source from professional buyer teams and overseas physical stores, with no restrictions on location, personnel, or shop quantity, ensuring ample inventory.

8. Why are some items not returnable or exchangeable?

Since Chrome Hearts boutiques do not accept returns or exchanges, items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Why can silver jewelry turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver jewelry oxidizes and turns black or yellow. Sterling silver reacts with sulfur (S) or sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in the air, forming gray-black insoluble silver sulfide (Ag₂S).

Sterling silver jewelry changes differently depending on the wearer's body chemistry and environment, resulting in varying oxidation rates. Avoid contact with liquids and keep dry.

Silver is chemically less stable than platinum and gold, often oxidizing black or yellow and losing luster due to moisture or chemicals in the air. If oxidation occurs, simply wipe with a POLISHING cloth or silver polish stick to restore shine. Do not use silver dips or other cleaning solutions.

Some customers notice black marks appearing on new rings—this is excess silver powder from the new ring that will fade over time.
