Bearbrick is the widely recognized Be@rbrick, a collectible toy produced by Japan's Medicom Company, officially launched in August 2001. By 2009, the 18 th series had been released. Mainland China distribution is handled by PPW.

PATTERN pattern style:Each generation features distinct patterns, prints, or special motifs.

Size:Six size options: 7 cm at 100%, 14.5 cm at 200%, 28 cm at 400%, 70 cm at 1000%, plus 3.5 cm at 50% and 5 cm at 70%.
Specifications:Each generation includes a complimentary birth card for every bear, along with one or several limited-edition or hidden versions to enhance the collecting experience.
Material:Bearbrick figures are primarily made from ABS and PVC, with limited editions occasionally featuring metal, wood, or flocked finishes.

Edition:When collectors refer to "Japanese version" or "HK version," these distinctions only relate to the sales region. The products themselves are identical—no differences whatsoever. They are all made by the same manufacturer. Variations may occur solely due to different regional regulations, resulting in different certification labels. Otherwise, the products are exactly the same. The mainland version available for purchase is identical to the Japanese version.
Physical features:
Head:Classic bear head shape with ears of equal size (unlike the asymmetric-ear Qee design). Slightly rounded cheeks and snout, small rounded nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (plain body), 360° rotatable neck joint.
Torso:Belly rounded, back straight
Arms:100% style features fully poseable joints at the shoulders; claw-shaped hands with no fingers, and hands fully rotatable at the wrists (the key distinguishing feature from other bear plush toys such as Popobe)
Waist:Rotates 360° freely with hips slightly extended downward.
Legs:Full 360° rotation at the upper thigh. Tops of feet extend slightly forward with two round holes each. Flat soles with one round hole per foot. Cubic leg shape. Back of legs typically displays version info.
Disassembly:In principle, a Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso (just pull hard), but the hands cannot. However, this is not recommended—repeated separation loosens the joints, eventually causing permanent looseness with parts dangling loosely.
400%, 1000% Special Note:These two sizes are identical in shape, just larger. However, their arms and legs only rotate within the plane—no side-to-side movement. This is due to the larger size using an internal gear design, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. These sizes are also non-detachable; never use force.
Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and body resemble a block figurine because Bearbrick adopts the Kubrick design. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO's block figurine toys, and Medicom subsequently designed Bearbrick based on it.
Character:Bearbrick's widespread popularity comes from its innovative design and meticulous painting, but also from Medicom Company's strategic approach—crossing street culture, films, and fashion with Bearbrick to create entirely new art forms. Collaborating with global artists, designers, and trending brands, they release limited and special editions, often paired with streetwear brands, resulting in overnight queues and soaring prices. Collecting these pieces later comes at a high cost.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.

7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
