积木熊 BE@RBRICK 绿洲 1000%

Bearbrick, widely known as the building block bear, is a toy produced by Japanese company Medicom. Officially launched in August 2001, the 18 th generation was released by 2009. In mainland China, distribution is handled by PPW.
Nicknames: Bearbrick, be@rbrick, BB, building block bear, Brick Bear, Versatile Brick.

About Bearbrick

Style:Each Bearbrick series includes base models: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, and ANIMAL.
BASIC Base Model:Each series releases one color as its signature shade. Its chest features a single glossy bead and nine letters that spell out B E A R B R I C K.

JELLYBEAN Clear:Each generation features transparent colors as the base, with different hues released over time.

PATTERN:Each generation introduces new designs, prints, or special motifs.

FLAG:Each generation features a core flag series.

HORROR:Iconic horror anime characters in each generation.

CUTE:One iconic design is selected from each generation, most created by female designers.

ANIMAL:Each generation includes an animal-inspired design—not necessarily a real animal. The iconic Hello Kitty from the 18 series is a perfect example.

SF (Sci-Fi):Features a recognizable sci-fi character motif.

ARTIST Edition:Specially designed by a renowned artist; extremely limited run. (2 pieces per generation)

Each generation also includes a varying number of hidden editions, which are not officially announced—left for collectors to discover on their own.

积木熊 BE@RBRICK 绿洲 1000%
Size:Six sizes available: 7 cm 100%, 14.5 cm 200%, 28 cm 400%, 70 cm 1000%, plus 3.5 cm 50%, 5 cm 70%

Specifications:Each generation includes a birth card for every bear, along with one or several limited or hidden editions to enhance the joy of collecting.

Material:Bearbrick's main materials are ABS and PVC, with some limited editions crafted from metal, wood, or flocking fabrics.

Origin:Most are produced in mainland China, with a few limited editions made abroad.

Version:Collectors often refer to "Japan version" or "HK version," but these only indicate the selling region—no difference in the toy itself. All are made by the same manufacturer. Different regions may only have varying certification labels due to local regulations. The mainland version is identical to the Japanese version.

形体特征:

头:Classic bear-head features: equal-sized ears, subtly rounded cheeks and lips, small rounded nose protrusion, blank face with no mouth or eyes, head rotates 360° at the neck

Body:Bulging belly, straight back

Arms:100% style with fully rotatable shoulders, pincer-shaped hands with no fingers, fully rotatable at wrists (the key feature that distinguishes it from Popobe and other plush bears)
Waist:Can rotate 360° freely; hips extend slightly downward.

Legs:Can rotate freely in all directions at the thigh root. Instep extends slightly forward with two round holes on each foot. Sole is flat with one circular hole per foot. Legs are cuboid in shape. Version info is typically found on the back of the leg.

Disassembly:In principle, a Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso (just pull hard). Hands cannot be removed. However, this is not recommended—frequent disassembly loosens the connectors, eventually causing permanently loose parts that wobble and dangle around.

400% and 1000% special notes:These two sizes share the same Bearbrick form as smaller ones, just scaled up. Their arms and legs can only rotate within the front-back plane and cannot move sideways. This is because their larger size uses an internal gear mechanism, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. These two sizes are also non-disassemblable—never force them apart.

Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and body resemble a modular figure, as it adopted the Kubrick form. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO's minifigure, which Medicom then used as the basis for designing Bearbrick.

Character:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems from its innovative design and meticulous painting. Medicom found the perfect niche by cross-pollinating street culture, fashion, and film with the Bearbrick format, creating a new art category. Collaborations with global artists, designers, and brands produce limited and special editions, often bundled with streetwear—sometimes triggering overnight queues. This drives prices up significantly, making later acquisitions a costly endeavor for collectors.

FAQ

Notes on authenticity, packaging, DOG TG, silver care, and official CHHES channels.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?

CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.

Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.

Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.

Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.

Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

If this is your first order and you prefer a secured checkout path, you can also purchase through the Taobao store or WeChat mini program. Contact support for details.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?

For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.

3. What packaging is included?

Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.

Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.

Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?

Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.

Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.

5. What should I know about craftsmanship?

Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.

Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.

6. What is a buyer store?

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.

CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.

To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.

7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?

A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.

A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?

Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.

Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.

If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.

Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.

10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?

Ring pattern examples across different sizes

Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.

11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?

Chrome Hearts silver oxidation color example

Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.

12. What are the official CHHES channels?

Please use official CHHES channels: www.chhes.com, WeChat mini program chhes, Taobao store chhes, WeChat chhes2, Douyin chhes, RED chhes1, Kuaishou chhes, and Weibo chhes.

If a store has a similar name, unusually low pricing, or cannot be verified by official support, contact CHHES support before ordering.
