Bearbrick, widely known as Be@rbrick, is a toy produced by Japan's MediumICOM company. It was officially launched in August 2001, and by 2009, the 18 th generation had been released. In mainland China, distribution is handled by PPW.
Nicknames: Bearbrick, be@rbrick, BB, Bearbrick, Bearbrick, Bearbrick.
Bearbrick basic introduction:
Style:Each Bearbrick generation includes base models: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, ANIMAL
BASIC:Each iteration features a signature color. A bead decorates the chest, alongside 9 letters that spell out B E A R B R I C K.
JELLYBEAN Transparent:Each generation features transparent colors. While transparency is the main focus, varying hues are introduced.
PATTERN:Each generation features different patterns, prints, or special motifs.
FLAG Country Flag Version:Each edition includes a basic flag series.
HORROR:Anime characters that are terrifying in every generation.
CUTE:Each generation features one adorable design, most created by female designers.
ANIMAL:Each generation features a design with an animal motif—not necessarily a real animal. The iconic Hello Kitty is from the 18 series.
SF Sci-Fi Collection:Features a recognizable sci-fi character as the design motif.
ARTIST Collection:Specially designed by renowned artists, these are produced in very limited quantities (2 per generation).
Each generation also includes hidden editions of varying numbers. The designs of these hidden editions are not officially disclosed, so collectors must discover them on their own.
Size:Six size options: 7 cm (100%), 14.5 cm (200%), 28 cm (400%), 70 cm (1,000%), as well as 3.5 cm (50%) and 5 cm (70%)
Specifications:Each generation includes a birth card for every bear, with one or more limited or hidden editions released to enhance the collecting experience.
Material:Bearbrick is mainly made from ABS and PVC, with some limited editions crafted from metal, wood, or flocked materials.

Version:Collectors often refer to "Japanese version" or "Hong Kong version," but these are simply distinctions in selling region—the toys themselves are identical, manufactured by the same maker. Different regions may require varying certification labels due to local regulations, but the product is the same. The Mainland China version is identical to the Japanese version.
Physical characteristics:
Head:Typical bear-head features: ears are equal in size (unlike Qee's asymmetric ears), cheeks and lips are slightly rounded, nose is a small rounded protrusion, no mouth or eyes (blank body), head rotates 360° at the neck
Torso:Rounded belly, straight back
Arms:100% model features full shoulder rotation; pincer-style hands with no fingers; wrists rotate freely (key distinction from Popobe and other bear collectibles).
Waist:Full 360° rotation; hips slightly elongated downward.
Legs:Rotatable freely in all directions at the thigh joint. The top of each foot extends slightly forward with two circular holes. Flat sole with one round hole per foot. Cube-shaped leg design. Version info typically found on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:In principle, a Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can all be detached from the torso (pull hard and they come off—hands excluded). However, this is not recommended for play. Frequent disassembly loosens the connection points over time, eventually leading to a 'habitually separated' state where the parts become loose and wobbly.
400%, 1000% Special Note:These two sizes of Bearbrick are identical in shape—just larger. However, their arms and legs can only rotate within the front-back plane and cannot move sideways. This is due to their larger size and internal gear mechanism, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. Of course, these two sizes are also non-disassemblable—do not use force.
Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and body resemble those of a block figure because Bearbrick adopted the Kubrick form. The term Kubrick originated from the block figures in LEGO toys, on which Medicom Company based the design of Bearbrick.
Character:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems from its innovative designs and meticulous painting, as well as Medicom's strategic positioning. By merging street culture, film, and fashion elements with Bearbrick through cross-disciplinary collaborations, they create fresh works of art. 2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
