Bearbrick is a toy produced by Japan's MediumICOM, also commonly known as the Brick Bear. It officially launched in August 2001, and by 2009 the 18 th generation had been released. PPW handles distribution in mainland China.

Styles:Each generation of Bearbrick includes base models: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, ANIMAL
BASIC Base Model:Each generation releases a signature color. A single bright bead sits on its chest, along with 9 letters that spell out B E A R B R I C K.
JELLYBEAN Transparent Edition:Each generation features transparent colors. Primarily transparent, but released in different hues.
PATTERN style:Each generation features distinct patterns, prints, or special motifs.
FLAG style:Each generation includes a core flag series.

Version:Regional versions such as "Japanese version" or "Hong Kong version" refer only to the sales region—there is no actual difference in the product itself. All are manufactured by the same factory. The only variation may be different certification labels required by local regulations. Otherwise, they are identical. The mainland China version is the same as the Japanese version.
Physical Characteristics:
Head:Typical bear head with equal-sized ears (unlike Qee's mismatched ears), slightly rounded cheeks and snout, small round nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (nude body), 360° neck rotation
Torso:Rounded belly, straight back
Arms:100% version features fully rotatable shoulders, claw-shaped hands with no fingers, and wrists that rotate freely (the defining feature that sets it apart from popobe and other bear cub figures).
Waist:Fully rotatable 360°, with slightly extended hips.
Legs:Can rotate freely in all directions at the upper thigh. The top of the foot extends slightly forward with two round holes on each foot. The sole is flat with a circular hole in each foot. The leg has a cuboid shape. Version information is typically found on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:By design, the head, arms, and legs of a Bearbrick can be detached from the torso (simply pull with force; the hands are not detachable). However, this is not recommended—repeated disassembly loosens the connection points over time, eventually leading to permanent looseness where parts wobble and rattle.
400%, 1000% Special Note:The 400% and 1000% Bearbrick share the same body shape—just larger in scale. However, their arms and legs rotate only forward and backward in a single plane, not side to side. This is due to internal gear mechanisms in the larger sizes, unlike the 100% which uses simple modular assembly. These sizes are also non-disassemblable—do not force them apart.
Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and torso resemble block figures because Bearbrick is based on the Kubrick design. Kubrick originated from LEGO block figures, and Medicom adapted this concept to create Bearbrick.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
