积木熊 BE@RBRICK MediumICOM TOY 25 周年纪念款 1000%

Bearbrick, widely known as the LEGO-style bear, is a toy produced by Japan's MediumICOM Company. It launched in August 2001, and the 18 th generation was released by 2009. PPW is the mainland China distributor.
Nicknames: Bearbrick, be@rbrick, BB, LEGO Bear, Brick Bear, and Transformable Brick.

Bearbrick Basic Overview:

Styles:Each Bearbrick generation includes the BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, and ANIMAL models.
BASIC base model:Each generation features one signature color, a shiny bead on the chest, and 9 letters that together spell B E A R B R I C K.

JELLYBEAN translucent model:Each generation features transparent color options, with transparent as the main colorway and additional colors offered.

PATTERN pattern style:Each generation features different patterns, prints, or special designs.

FLAG flag style:Each generation has a basic national flag series.

HORROR style:An anime character that is scary in every generation.

CUTE style:In each generation, select a cute design, mostly created by female designers.

ANIMAL animal designs:Each generation features an animal-inspired design, though not always a real animal. The famous Hello Kitty appears in the 18 series.

SF sci-fi designs:Featuring a well-known science-fiction character.

ARTIST edition:Special design by a renowned artist, produced in small numbers. (2 per generation)

Each generation also includes a varying number of hidden designs. Their styles are not officially announced, so collectors must discover them for themselves.

积木熊 BE@RBRICK MediumICOM TOY 25 周年纪念款 1000%
Size:Six sizes: 7 cm 100%, 14.5 cm 200%, 28 cm 400%, 70 cm 1000%, 3.5 cm 50%, and 5 cm 70%

Specifications:Each generation includes a birth card for every bear, along with one or more limited-edition or hidden editions for a more rewarding collecting experience.

Material:Bearbrick is mainly crafted from ABS and PVC, with select limited editions made from metal, wood, flocked finishes, and other materials.

Origin:Most are produced in mainland China, with select limited editions produced overseas.

Version:What collectors often call the “Japanese version” or “Hong Kong version” simply refers to the sales region. The toys themselves are identical and produced by the same manufacturer. Different certification labels may be added to comply with local regulations, but everything else is the same. The Mainland China version is also exactly the same as the Japanese version.

Physical characteristics:

Head:Classic bear head with equal-sized ears (unlike Qee’s large ears), slightly puffed cheeks, a small rounded nose, and no mouth or eyes (unpainted); the head rotates 360° around the neck

Torso:Bulging abdomen and straight back

Arms:The 100% model features fully rotatable shoulders, pincer-shaped, fingerless hands and fully rotatable wrists (its defining feature compared with Popobe and other Bearbrick figures).
Waist:Fully rotatable 360°, with the hips extending slightly downward.

Legs:Can be freely rotated in any direction around the upper thigh. The feet extend slightly forward, with two circular holes on the top of each foot. The soles are flat, with one circular hole in each. The legs have a block-like shape, and version information is generally printed on the back of the legs.

Disassembly:In principle, a Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso by pulling firmly. However, this is not recommended, as repeated removal can loosen the joints. It may eventually become a “habit,” leaving the figure loose and wobbly.

Special notes for 400% and 1000% models:These two Bearbrick sizes share the same shape, with one simply being larger. Their arms and legs only rotate in the front-to-back plane and cannot move sideways. This is due to their larger size and the internal geared design. Unlike the 100% model, which is simply assembled from modules, neither size is disassemblable. Never use excessive force.

Origin:Bearbrick's hands, feet, and body resemble building-block figures because the design follows the Kubrick style. The term "Kubrick" originated with LEGO's block figures, which Medicom Toy drew upon when creating Bearbrick.

Personality:BE@RBRICK became a global phenomenon thanks to its innovative designs and meticulous paintwork, as well as Medicom’s ability to identify the right market position. By combining street culture, film, and fashion with BE@RBRICK, Medicom created an entirely new art form. Limited-edition and special editions have been launched in collaboration with artists, designers, and leading brands worldwide, alongside curated sales with select streetwear labels, often prompting overnight queues. Prices have risen accordingly, making future collections increasingly costly to acquire.

FAQ

Notes on authenticity, packaging, DOG TG, silver care, and official CHHES channels.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?

CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.

Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.

Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.

Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.

Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

If this is your first order and you prefer a secured checkout path, you can also purchase through the Taobao store or WeChat mini program. Contact support for details.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?

For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.

3. What packaging is included?

Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.

Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.

Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?

Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.

Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.

5. What should I know about craftsmanship?

Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.

Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.

6. What is a buyer store?

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.

CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.

To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.

7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?

A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.

A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?

Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.

Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.

If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.

Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.

10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?

Ring pattern examples across different sizes

Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.

11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?

Chrome Hearts silver oxidation color example

Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.

12. What are the official CHHES channels?

Please use official CHHES channels: www.chhes.com, WeChat mini program chhes, Taobao store chhes, WeChat chhes2, Douyin chhes, RED chhes1, Kuaishou chhes, and Weibo chhes.

If a store has a similar name, unusually low pricing, or cannot be verified by official support, contact CHHES support before ordering.
