Bearbrick Overview
Style:Each Bearbrick generation includes base models: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, and ANIMAL.
BASIC: Base ModelEach generation releases a signature color. It features one shiny bead on the chest and nine letters that spell out B E A R B R I C K.
JELLYBEAN: Transparent ModelEach generation features translucent colors. The focus is on translucency, with different colorways released over time.
PATTERN version:Each generation features distinct patterns, prints, or special motifs.
FLAG Country Flag version:Each generation features a core flag-themed series.
HORROR collection:Spooky anime characters from every generation.
CUTE collection:Each generation features one standout cute design, most created by female designers.

Physical characteristics:
头：Classic bear-head design with equal-sized ears (unlike Qee's mismatched-ear style), slightly puffed cheeks and snout, a small rounded nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (blank body), head rotates 360° at the neck joint.

Arm:100% version features ball-jointed shoulders and wrists for full rotation, claw-shaped fingerless hands—the key distinguishing feature from other bear figures like Popobe
Waist:360° free rotation, hips extend slightly downward.
Legs:Full rotation in all directions at the thigh joint. Instep extends slightly forward with two circular holes on each foot. Flat sole with one round hole on each sole. Block-shaped leg design. Version info typically on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:In principle, a Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso (just pull hard). The hands cannot be separated. However, frequent disassembly is not recommended—after multiple separations, the joints will loosen, eventually leading to a permanent loose-joint condition with wobbly, unsteady limbs.
400% and 1000% special notes:These two sizes are identical in shape—just larger. However, their arms and legs can only pivot forward and backward in a single plane, not side to side. This is due to their larger size and internal gear mechanism design, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. Neither of these sizes should be disassembled—never use force.
Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and torso resemble a block-figure design because Bearbrick adopted the Kubrick form. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO block figures, which Medicom Toy later adapted to create Bearbrick.
Attributes:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems not only from its innovative design and meticulous painting, but also from Medicom Company's strategic positioning. By blending street culture, fashion trends, and film with the Bearbrick format, they created an entirely new art category. Partnerships with global artists, designers, and leading brands produced limited and special editions, often bundled with streetwear, leading to overnight queues and frenzied demand. 1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
