Bearbrick is the iconic block bear toy produced by Japanese company Medicom. Officially launched in August 2001, the 18 th generation was released by 2009. Mainland China distribution is handled by PPW.

Version:What collectors often refer to as "Japanese version," "Hong Kong version," etc. are simply regional selling distinctions. There is no actual difference in the product itself—they are all made by the same manufacturer. The only variation may be additional certification labels required by local regulations. Everything else is identical. The mainland version available is exactly the same as the Japanese version.
Body Features:
Head:Typical bear head design with symmetrical ears (unlike Qee's mismatched sizes), slightly puffy cheeks and lips, small rounded nose protrusion, mouth- and eyeless (blank style), 360° rotatable at the neck.
Torso:Belly rounded, back straight
Arms:The 100% version features full rotation at the shoulders, pincer-shaped hands with no fingers, and full rotation at the wrists (key distinguishing feature from popobe and other bear plush toys)
Waist:360° free rotation, hips slightly extended downward.
Legs:Free rotation at the hip joint in all directions. Tops of feet slightly extended forward with two circular holes on each foot. Flat sole with one round hole per sole. Cube-shaped leg design. Version info typically on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:By design, Bearbrick heads, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso (just pull firmly). Hands are not detachable. Frequent disassembly is not recommended—repeated separation loosens the joints, eventually leading to permanent wobbling and instability without the structural support.
400% and 1000% special notes:These two sizes are identical in shape, simply larger. Their arms and legs rotate only forward and backward within a single plane and cannot swing sideways. This is due to the internal gear mechanism required at this scale, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. Neither size is intended for disassembly—do not force it.
Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and body resemble a block figure because it adopted the Kubrick form. Kubrick originated from LEGO block figures, which Medicom then adapted to design Bearbrick.
Character:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems not only from its innovative design and meticulous painting, but also from Medicom's strategic approach: blending street culture, film, and fashion elements into Bearbrick to create collectible art. 2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
