积木熊 BE@RBRICK MUCH IN LOVE 100% & 400%

Bearbrick, the iconic building block toy by Japanese company Medicom, officially launched in August 2001. By 2009, the 18 th generation had been released, with Mainland China distribution handled by PPW.
Nicknames: Bearbrick, be@rbrick, BB, Jimo Xiong, Bulike Xiaoxiong, Baibian Bulike.

Bearbrick Overview

StylesEach Bearbrick generation includes these base models: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, ANIMAL.
BASIC Base Model:Each iteration features a signature color with a single rhinestone on the chest and nine letters that spell B E A R B R I C K.

JELLYBEAN Translucent:Each iteration is crafted in translucent material with varying colorways.

PATTERN:Each generation features different patterns, prints, or special motifs.

FLAG:Each generation includes a basic flag series.

HORROR Design:Iconic anime characters that are terrifying in every generation.

CUTE Design:A cute design selected from each generation, mostly created by female designers.

ANIMAL:Each series features an animal motif. It doesn't have to be a real animal—Series 18 has the iconic Hello Kitty.

SF (Science Fiction):Featuring a well-known science fiction character as the motif.

ARTIST Collaboration:Special collaboration designs by renowned artists, produced in very limited quantities. (2 per generation)

Each generation also features a varying number of hidden editions, whose designs are not officially disclosed—discovered by collectors alone.

积木熊 BE@RBRICK MUCH IN LOVE 100% & 400%
Size:Six sizes available: 7 cm (100%), 14.5 cm (200%), 28 cm (400%), 70 cm (1000%), plus 3.5 cm (50%) and 5 cm (70%)

Specifications:Each generation includes a birth card for every bear, along with one or several limited-edition and hidden-edition releases to enhance the fun of collecting.

Material:Main materials: ABS and PVC; select limited editions feature metal, wood, or flocking.

Production:Most are manufactured in mainland China; select limited editions are produced abroad.

Versions:So-called "Japanese version" or "Hong Kong version" refers only to the region of sale—there is no difference in the toy itself. All are made by the same manufacturer. The only variation may be different certification labels required by local regulations. The Mainland version is identical to the Japanese version.

Body characteristics:

Head:Typical bear-head characteristics: both ears are the same size (unlike Qee's asymmetrical ears), cheeks and lips are slightly rounded, nose is a small rounded bump, no mouth or eyes (naked body), head rotates 360° at the neck.

Torso:Bulging belly, straight back

Arms:100% style features full rotation at shoulders, claw-shaped hands with no fingers, and full rotation at wrists (the key feature that distinguishes this from popobe and other bear plush toys)
Waist:Rotates 360° freely; hips slightly extend downward.

Leg:Rotates freely in all directions at the thigh joint. Foot tops extend slightly forward with two round holes each. Soles are flat with one round hole per sole. Legs are block-shaped. Version info typically appears on the back of each leg.

Disassembly:By design, the head, arms, and legs of a Bearbrick can be separated from the torso (just pull hard enough; the hands cannot be removed). However, this is not recommended—frequent disassembly loosens the connection points, eventually leading to permanent separation where the parts swing loosely with no structural integrity.

400%, 1000% special notes:These two sizes are identical in shape, just larger. Their arms and legs can only rotate forward and backward in a single plane and cannot swing sideways. This is because the larger body houses a gear mechanism, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. Additionally, neither size is meant to be disassembled—never use force to pry them apart.

Origin:Bearbrick features blocky limbs and torso, a design inherited from Kubrick. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO's buildable figure, which Medicom Toy adapted to create Bearbrick.

Personality:Bearbrick's nationwide popularity stems from its innovative design and meticulous painting. More importantly, Medicom found the perfect entry point—blending street culture, film, and fashion with Bearbrick through cross-category collaborations, creating entirely new art forms. Partnerships with global artists, designers, and lifestyle brands produced limited and special editions. Collaborations with streetwear labels drove sales, often sparking overnight queues. Prices climbed accordingly, making later collection a costly endeavor.

FAQ

Notes on authenticity, packaging, DOG TG, silver care, and official CHHES channels.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?

CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.

Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.

Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.

Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.

Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

If this is your first order and you prefer a secured checkout path, you can also purchase through the Taobao store or WeChat mini program. Contact support for details.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?

For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.

3. What packaging is included?

Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.

Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.

Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?

Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.

Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.

5. What should I know about craftsmanship?

Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.

Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.

6. What is a buyer store?

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.

CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.

To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.

7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?

A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.

A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?

Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.

Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.

If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.

Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.

10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?

Ring pattern examples across different sizes

Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.

11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?

Chrome Hearts silver oxidation color example

Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.

12. What are the official CHHES channels?

Please use official CHHES channels: www.chhes.com, WeChat mini program chhes, Taobao store chhes, WeChat chhes2, Douyin chhes, RED chhes1, Kuaishou chhes, and Weibo chhes.

If a store has a similar name, unusually low pricing, or cannot be verified by official support, contact CHHES support before ordering.
