Material:Bearbrick is mainly made of ABS and PVC, with some limited editions featuring metal, wood, or flocked materials.

Edition:When collectors refer to 'Japanese version,' 'Hong Kong version,' etc., these simply indicate different sale regions—there is no actual difference in the product itself. Head:Typical bear head: ears of equal size (unlike Qee's asymmetrical ears), slightly puffed cheeks and lips, small rounded nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (blank face), head rotates 360° at the neck
Torso:Belly rounded, back straight
Arms:100% version with full shoulder rotation, pincer-style hands with no fingers, wrists rotate freely (the main distinguishing feature from popobe and other bear dolls)
Waist:Full 360° rotation, hips slightly extended downward.
Legs:Legs rotate 360° at the thigh joint. The foot extends slightly forward with two circular holes on each foot surface. The sole is flat with a round hole centered on each sole. The leg is cubic in shape, with version information typically printed on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:By design, a Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso (just pull hard—hands cannot be removed). However, frequent disassembly is not recommended, as the connection points will loosen over time, eventually leading to "habitual separation," leaving the figure wobbly and unstable without a tight fit.
400% and 1000% special notes:These two sizes are identical in form, just larger. However, their arms and legs rotate only within the front-back plane and cannot move sideways. This is due to the internal gear mechanism required by the larger size—not like the 100% version, which is simply modular assembly. Do not attempt to disassemble either of these sizes; forcing it will cause damage.
Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and torso resemble block figures because Bearbrick adopted the Kubrick form. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO block figures, and Medicom built Bearbrick upon that design.
Character:Bearbrick won nationwide popularity thanks to its fresh design and meticulous painting, but also because Medicom found the perfect niche—fusing street culture, film, and fashion with Bearbrick to create entirely new art forms. 2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
