Bearbrick Overview:
Style:Each Bearbrick generation includes base models: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, and ANIMAL.
BASIC Base Model:Each generation is released in one signature color. It features a bright bead on the chest and nine letters that spell out B-E-A-R-B-R-I-C-K.
JELLYBEAN Transparent:Each series features translucent colorways. Translucent finish is the main theme, with new colors released across generations.
PATTERN:Each generation features different designs, prints, or special patterns.
FLAG (Flag Edition):Each generation features a basic flag design.
HORROR:Terrifying anime characters from every generation.
CUTE:A cute design selected from each generation, mostly created by female designers.
ANIMAL collection:Each generation features an animal motif. Not necessarily a real animal—the iconic Hello Kitty is the 18 th series entry.
SF sci-fi collection:Choose a well-known sci-fi character as the element.
ARTIST Series:Designed by renowned artists, these pieces are produced in very limited quantities (only 2 per generation).
Each generation also includes a number of hidden versions whose designs are never officially released—collectors must discover them on their own.
Size:7 cm 100%, 14.5 cm 200%, 28 cm 400%, 70 cm 1000%, plus 3.5 cm 50% and 5 cm 70%—six sizes total.
Specifications:Each series includes a birth card for every bear, with one or more limited or hidden editions released to enhance the collecting experience.
Materials:Bearbrick is primarily made from ABS and PVC, with select limited editions crafted from metal, wood, or flocked materials.
Origin:Most are produced in mainland China, with a small number of limited editions produced abroad.
Version:What collectors refer to as "Japanese version" or "Hong Kong version" simply indicates the point of sale—there is no difference in the product itself. All are manufactured by the same factory. Depending on the market and local regulations, different certification labels may be applied, but everything else is identical. The mainland version available is exactly the same as the Japanese version.
Form characteristics:
Head:Iconic bear-head shape: equal-sized ears (unlike Qee's mismatched ears), slightly rounded cheeks and lips, a small rounded nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (plain body), head rotates 360° at the neck.
Torso:Rounded belly, straight back.
Arms:100% model features free-rotating shoulders, claw-shaped hands with no fingers, and free-rotating wrists (the defining feature that sets it apart from popobe and other bear figures).
Waist:Full 360° rotation with slightly extended hips.
Legs:Legs rotate freely in all directions at the upper thigh. Top of foot extends slightly forward with two round holes on each foot. Flat sole with a round hole; cube-shaped legs with version info typically printed on the leg back.
Disassembly:Mechanically, Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can all be detached from the torso (just yank them off—hands excluded). However, this is not recommended for play. Repeated separation loosens the connection points, eventually leading to 'habitual disassembly'—no structural integrity, just loose, floppy parts that wobble around.
400% and 1000% special notes:These two sizes (400% and 1000%) are identical in shape, just larger. Their arms and legs rotate only forward and backward in a single plane and cannot move sideways. This is due to the internal gear mechanism, unlike the 100% which uses simple modular assembly. Also, these two sizes are NOT detachable—never force it.
Ancestral origin:Bearbrick's hands, feet, and body resemble building-block figures because Bearbrick adopted the Kubrick aesthetic. The term 'Kubrick' originated from LEGO minifigures, and Medicom developed Bearbrick based on this concept.
Characteristics:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems not only from its innovative design and meticulous painting, but also from Medicom's strategic approach. By crossing over street culture, film, and fashion elements with Bearbrick, they've created entirely new art pieces. Collaborations with global artists, designers, and popular brands have produced limited and special editions. 1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.

Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
