积木熊 BE@RBRICK KEVIN Chrome Ver. 100% & 400%

Bearbrick is the iconic block-bear collectible toy by Japan's Medicom, officially launched in August 2001—by 2009, the 18 th generation had been released. Mainland China distribution handled by PPW.
Nicknames: Bearbrick, be@rbrick, BB, Brick Bear, Brick Bear Cub, Versatile Brick.

Bearbrick Overview:

Styles:Each Bearbrick generation includes basic types: BASIC, JELLYBEAN, PATTERN, FLAG, HORROR, SF, CUTE, and ANIMAL.
BASIC Base Model:Each generation releases a signature color with a single bead on the chest and 9 letters that spell out B E A R B R I C K.

JELLYBEAN Transparent:Each generation features a transparent colorway with varying hues.

PATTERN:Each generation features different prints or special patterns.

FLAG: National Flag Edition:Every generation has a signature flag collection.

HORROR series:Horrifying anime characters from every generation.

CUTE:Each generation selects one cute design, most often created by female designers.

ANIMAL:Each generation features an animal-themed design—not necessarily a real animal. The iconic Hello Kitty is the 18 series animal.

SF Sci-Fi Style:Select a well-known sci-fi character as the design element.

ARTIST:Specially designed by renowned artists with very limited quantities. (2 pieces per series)

Additionally, each series features a varying number of hidden editions whose designs are not officially disclosed—players must discover them on their own.

积木熊 BE@RBRICK KEVIN Chrome Ver. 100% & 400%
Sizes:3.5 cm (50%), 5 cm (70%), 7 cm (100%), 14.5 cm (200%), 28 cm (400%), 70 cm (1000%)—six sizes in total

Specifications:Each series includes a birth certificate for each Bearbrick, with one or several limited or hidden editions released to add to the fun of collecting.

Materials:Bearbrick is primarily made from ABS and PVC, with some limited editions crafted from metal, wood, or flocked materials.

Origin:Most are manufactured in mainland China, with a small number of limited editions produced abroad.

Version:Versions labeled 'JP,' 'HK,' etc. refer only to the market of sale. The products themselves are identical—same manufacturer, same quality. Differences, if any, are limited to regulatory certification labels required by local laws. Mainland versions are identical to Japanese versions.

Physical Features:

Head:Signature bear-head design with equal-sized ears (unlike Qee's mismatched ears). Slightly rounded cheeks and lips, small rounded nose bump, no mouth or eyes (blank face), head rotates 360° at the neck.

Torso:Bulging belly, straight back

Arms:100% style features 360° rotation at the shoulder, pincer-style hands with no fingers, and 360° wrist rotation (key distinguishing feature from popobe and other teddy bears)
Waist:Rotates 360° freely; hips slightly extended downward.

Legs:Freely rotates in all directions at the upper thigh joint. Forefoot slightly extended forward with two round holes on each foot. Flat sole with one circular hole in each foot bottom. Cubic leg profile. Version information typically printed on the leg back.

Disassembly:In principle, the head, arms, and legs can all be detached from the Bearbrick torso (just pull hard—but hands cannot be removed). However, this is not recommended. Frequent disassembly loosens the connection points, eventually causing chronic instability—bone-less, floppy, and wobbly.

400%, 1000% Special Notes:These two sizes share the same body shape—just larger overall. However, their arms and legs rotate only within the front-to-back plane, unable to move sideways. This is due to an internal gear mechanism, unlike the 100% which is merely modular assembly. These two sizes are also not detachable; never use force to separate them.

Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and body resemble a block-figure, as it inherits the Kubrick design. The term "Kubrick" originated from LEGO minifigures, on which Medicom based the Bearbrick design.

Personality:Bearbrick's widespread popularity comes from its innovative design and meticulous paintwork, but also from Medicom finding the right entry point. By cross-pollinating street culture, films, and fashion elements with Bearbrick, they created entirely new art forms. Collaborations with global artists, designers, and brands resulted in limited and special editions, often paired with streetwear and creating overnight queues for purchases. Prices soared accordingly, and collecting these pieces later requires a significant investment.

FAQ

Notes on authenticity, packaging, DOG TG, silver care, and official CHHES channels.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?

CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.

Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.

Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.

Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.

Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

If you have any authenticity concern after delivery, keep the item, tags, packaging, and authentication proof intact, then contact dedicated support for review.

If this is your first order and you prefer a secured checkout path, you can also purchase through the Taobao store or WeChat mini program. Contact support for details.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?

For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.

3. What packaging is included?

Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.

Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.

Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?

Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.

Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.

5. What should I know about craftsmanship?

Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.

Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.

6. What is a buyer store?

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.

CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.

To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.

7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?

A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.

A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.

8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?

Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.

Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.

If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.

Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.

10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?

Ring pattern examples across different sizes

Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.

11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?

Chrome Hearts silver oxidation color example

Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.

12. What are the official CHHES channels?

Please use official CHHES channels: www.chhes.com, WeChat mini program chhes, Taobao store chhes, WeChat chhes2, Douyin chhes, RED chhes1, Kuaishou chhes, and Weibo chhes.

If a store has a similar name, unusually low pricing, or cannot be verified by official support, contact CHHES support before ordering.
