About Bearbrick:

Each series also includes a varying number of hidden designs. These styles are not officially announced and must be discovered by collectors.
Size:Six sizes: 3.5 cm (50%), 5 cm (70%), 7 cm (100%), 14.5 cm (200%), 28 cm (400%), and 70 cm (1000%)
Specifications:Each generation includes a birth card for every bear, with one or several limited-edition and hidden editions released to enhance the collectible experience.
Material:Primary materials are ABS and PVC; select limited editions feature metal, wood, or flocked finishes.
Place of Origin:Majority manufactured in mainland China; select limited editions produced internationally.
Version:Players often refer to 'Japanese version,' 'Hong Kong version,' etc., but these only indicate the region of sale. There is no actual difference in the product itself—all are made by the same manufacturer. Depending on the region and local regulations, different certification labels may be applied. Otherwise, they are identical. Mainland China versions are exactly the same as Japanese versions.
Design Features:
Head:Features the signature bear-head shape with symmetrical ears (unlike Qee's mismatched sizes). The cheek and lip area has a subtle bulge, the nose is a small rounded protrusion, and the face is blank with no mouth or eyes. The head rotates 360° at the neck.
Torso:Belly rounded, back straight
Arms:100% version features arms that rotate freely at the shoulders, claw-shaped hands with no fingers, and hands that rotate freely at the wrists (the key distinguishing feature from popobe and other bear plush toys)
Waist:Rotates 360° freely with slight hip extension downward.
Legs:Full range of motion at thigh joint. Tops of feet slightly extended forward with two circular holes each. Flat soles with one circular hole per foot. Cube-shaped leg design. Version info typically on leg backs.
Disassembly:From a design standpoint, Bearbrick heads, arms, and legs are detachable from the torso (snap off with force; hands are not detachable). However, this is not recommended for play—frequent separation loosens the connection points, eventually leading to habitual detachment where parts become wobbly and unsteady.
Special Notes for 400% & 1000%:These two sizes of Bearbrick are identical in shape, just larger. However, their arms and legs can only rotate forward and backward within a single plane—they cannot move sideways. This is due to the larger volume and internal gear design, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. Additionally, these two sizes cannot be disassembled—do not use force to pry them apart.
Place of origin:Bearbrick's limbs and body resemble a block figurine because Bearbrick adopts the Kubrick design. The term Kubrick originated from LEGO block figurines; Medicom Company designed Bearbrick based on this.
Personality:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems not only from its fresh design and meticulous paintwork, but also from Medicom's strategic approach. By cross-pollinating street culture, film, and fashion elements into Bearbrick, the brand created a new art form. Collaborating with artists, designers, and lifestyle brands worldwide, the company released limited and special editions, often bundled with fashion labels, sparking overnight queues and frenzied purchasing. 1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
