款式：Bearbrick 的每一代都有基本款，包括 BASIC、JELLYBEAN、PATTERN、FLAG、HORROR、SF、CUTE、ANIMAL
BASIC 基本款：每一代都会推出一个颜色，就是它的主打色，在它的胸口会有亮珠一颗，然后会有 9 个字母，每个字母都集起将会是 B E A R B R I C K。
JELLYBEAN 透明款：每一代都会有透明颜色。以透明为主，但是推出不同的颜色。
PATTERN Pattern Style:Each generation features different patterns, prints, or special motifs.

Material:Bearbrick is primarily made from ABS and PVC, with some limited editions featuring metal, wood, or flocked finishes.
Origin:Most are manufactured in mainland China, with a small number of limited editions produced abroad.
Version:Regional versions such as "Japan version" or "HK version" refer only to the market of sale—there is no difference in the product itself. All versions are manufactured by the same factory. The only variation may be additional certification labels required by local regulations. Otherwise, the products are identical. The mainland version is exactly the same as the Japan version.
Physical Details:
Head:Typical bear-head features: equal-sized ears (unlike Qee's mismatched ears), slightly rounded cheeks, small rounded nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (blank body), head rotates 360° at the neck
Torso:Rounded belly, straight back
Arms:100% features rotating shoulders, pincer-style hands without fingers, and hands that rotate freely at the wrists — the key distinguishing feature from Popo Be and other bear bricks.
Waist:Full 360° rotation with a slightly extended base.
Legs:Legs rotate freely in all directions at the hip. Insteps slightly protrude forward with two round holes on each foot. Soles are flat with a round hole in each. Legs have a cubic silhouette. Version info is typically on the back of the legs.
Disassembly:In principle, a Bearbrick's head, arms, and legs can be detached from the torso (just pull hard). The hands cannot be separated. However, we don't recommend playing this way—repeated disassembly loosens the connectors, leading to "habitual detachment" where parts become wobbly and unstable.
400% and 1000% Special Notes:These two sizes share the same Bearbrick form; the only difference is they are larger. However, their arms and legs can only rotate within the front-back plane, unable to move sideways. This is due to the larger internal gear mechanism, unlike the 100% which is simply modular assembly. Additionally, these two sizes are not meant to be disassembled—do not use force.
Origin:Bearbrick's blocky limbs and body trace back to the Kubrick form, which originated from LEGO building-block figures. Medicom adopted this design for Bearbrick.
Character:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems from its innovative design and meticulous paintwork, but more importantly, Medicom found the right angle. By fusing streetwear, street culture, and film with Bearbrick, they created entirely new art forms. Collaborations with global artists, designers, and fashion brands produced limited and special editions. Partnerships with streetwear labels also led to bundled sales, often resulting in overnight queues. Prices climbed accordingly, and acquiring these pieces later for collection requires a significant investment.

1. How does CHHES ensure authenticity?
CHHES follows a five-step authenticity process: sourcing review, inbound inspection, third-party authentication support, tamper-evident tagging, and after-sales review.
Items are mainly sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner stores. Every item is checked before shipping.
Jewelry is checked for shape, engraving, handmade finishing, material, and oxidation details. Apparel is checked for anti-counterfeit details, serial information, embroidery labels, and workmanship.
Depending on the item, CHHES can provide a counter receipt scan or copy. Original receipts are kept by the buyer for record keeping.
Items may include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Authentication after delivery is supported when the tag and packaging remain intact.

2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.
If extra packaging is needed, it can be selected in the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and partner stores.
CHHES buyers are located worldwide, with many in the United States. They provide first-hand sourcing, and many also maintain domestic warehouses.
To ensure authenticity, items are centralized at the CHHES shipping point, inspected, and then packed for shipment.
7. How is a buyer store different from a personal shopper?
A personal shopper is usually an individual buyer, so sourcing capacity and available styles are limited.
A buyer store works with professional buyer teams and overseas partner stores, so supply is broader and less limited by one person or one location.
8. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
Chrome Hearts boutique purchases are generally not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page follow that policy.
9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
