Body characteristics:
Head:Typical bear head with equal-sized ears (unlike Qee's asymmetric ears), slightly rounded cheeks and lips, small rounded nose protrusion, no mouth or eyes (blank body), head rotates 360° freely at the neck.
Torso:Rounded belly, straight back.
Arms:The 100% model features fully rotatable shoulders, claw-shaped hands with no fingers, and wrists that rotate freely at the joint—a key distinguishing feature from other collectible bears like Popobe.
Waist:Full 360° rotation with a slightly extended posterior.
Legs:Legs rotate 360° at the thigh joint. The top of each foot extends slightly forward with two round holes. The sole is flat with one circular hole in each foot pad. The leg is cube-shaped. Version info is typically on the back of the leg.
Disassembly:In principle, the head, arms, and legs of a Bearbrick can be separated from the torso by pulling them off. (Hands cannot be separated.) However, it is not recommended to play this way; repeated separation loosens the connection points, eventually leading to chronic looseness—floppy and wobbly, like bones have fallen out.
400% and 1000% Special Notes:These two sizes share the same body shape, just scaled up. However, the arms and legs rotate only front-to-back in a single plane—they cannot swing sideways. This is due to the larger size, which uses internal gear mechanisms rather than the simple snap-together modules of the 100%. Neither size is disassemblable; avoid applying force.
Origin:Bearbrick's limbs and torso resemble a block figure because it adopts the Kubrcik sculpt. The Kubrick name traces back to the block-figure characters from LEGO toys; Medicom adapted this design to create Bearbrick.
Character:Bearbrick's widespread popularity stems not only from its innovative design and meticulous painting, but also from Medicom Toy's strategic positioning. By cross-pollinating streetwear culture, pop art, and film with Bearbrick, the brand created a new category of collectible art. 2. Why do some clothing items not include a DOG TG?
For Chrome Hearts apparel, US boutiques normally collect the DOG TG at checkout. Most Asian boutiques outside mainland China also collect it.
3. What packaging is included?
Chrome Hearts apparel usually comes in a plain clear plastic bag.
Chrome Hearts jewelry usually comes with a black suede pouch, not a boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bags usually come with a boutique silk dust bag.
Shopping bags are limited because boutiques usually provide only one shopping bag per buyer visit, not one bag per item.

4. Can CHHES provide boutique receipts?
Boutiques do not issue one separate receipt for each individual item. Contact support if a receipt copy is needed.
Original receipts must be kept by the buyer, so CHHES can only provide scans or copies when available.
5. What should I know about craftsmanship?
Chrome Hearts jewelry is handmade. Slightly unclear engravings, fine scratches, dark dots, or small pits can be normal brand characteristics and are not necessarily quality defects.
Chrome Hearts apparel may show fabric differences, loose threads inside the garment, uneven print clarity, irregular stitching, cracked prints, or wash fading. These can be normal brand characteristics.
6. What is a buyer store?

9. Why does silver turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can turn black or yellow. Sulfur or sulfur dioxide in the air can react with silver and form grey-black silver sulfide.
Oxidation speed varies by body chemistry and environment. Keep silver dry and avoid contact with liquids.
If silver oxidizes, use a polishing cloth or polishing stick. Do not clean Chrome Hearts silver with silver washing liquid.
Some new rings may leave a little black residue at first. This is extra silver powder from the new item and usually disappears after a period of wear.
10. Why can the pattern vary on the same ring style?
Patterns and letters on a ring are adjusted for different ring sizes, so the layout may vary between sizes.
11. Why is the oxidation on silver not very black?
Chrome Hearts oxidation has its own look. It is not always deep black and can appear grey or brown-grey.
